A Love Unscripted

As the first light of dawn breaks through the smoggy haze, the city begins to stir with the hustle and bustle of daily life. Amidst the harsh music of honking horns and rumbling engines, the melodious call to prayer echoes from nearby mosques, mingling with the distant sounds of temple bells. Crowds rush to catch buses and metro making the city drawn into the world of work and life.

The melodies of the old people from the parks greet the day with exercise and conversation, and small children have morning prayers on school grounds, seeking respite from the heat that will soon envelop the city. The cool morning air carries the promise of a new day, filled with opportunities and challenges, as Delhi awakens to embrace the rhythm of urban life once again.

Despite all the rush, there was a beautiful soul sitting with her fur baby, a golden retriever. She was trying to comfort him by rubbing his jaw making him huff towards her and smiling, showing his rough yet beautiful tongue.

Oh my baby you like it right!!?? She asked to make the fur baby more comfortable and snuggle more into her warmth, While she chuckled.

The beautiful moments they both were spending got broken as she received a message on her Instagram making her smile more. Her Terence broke as soon a boy stood behind her back and made some shitty comment.

"Hey beautiful wanna have some morning coffee with me", He said making aliyah glare at him.

"Sorry, I've already met my daily requirement for dealing with nonsense.", she replied, making the boy red in anger.

He was about to grab her hand when Fluffy (Her dog) bites his leg making him scream.

"Looks like Fluffy gave you a sweet reward. So, you better fuck off or your precious yet useless thing won't be precious anymore.", she said, making him run back as Fluffy was ready to take the action.

"But who is she, someone special or just a common girl??", His best friend asked him as he was continuously staring at her photograph.

"She is not just someone special, she is sunshine, a sunshine to my dark world, a flower with a drip of sarcasm yet cuteness, my Aliyah, my Aalu" " he said trying to hide his smile as he sat in his office table and put the photograph in the drawer.

"Bro you are whipped for her I am sure, I know you will not let me see her before it gets fixed but at least introduce my to be bhabhi to me.", Dhruv asked being restless to know his bhabhi

"Aliyah, uff my Aalu, is like a ray of sunshine, spreading joy wherever she goes. She carries an infectious positivity, her laughter ringing out like music in the air. Whether she's exploring new places, spending time with Fluffy, or pursuing her passions, every action is worth praising. She embraces each moment with a sense of adventure and curiosity, finding beauty in the simplest of things. Her smile is genuine and radiant, brightening the lives of those around her. With her outgoing nature and zest for life, she effortlessly brings warmth and happiness to every encounter, making the world a little brighter wherever she goes."

The smile and proudness in his voice threatened not to leave so soon. He sat back on his chair while recalling her precious smile. The way she laughed and giggled made him more mad for her.

This was the first time Dhruv had seen him so lost in someone. He immediately decided to find out who she was. He tried to take the picture without letting him know, but unfortunately, he saw him.

"Don't try to be an oversmart dhruv. I know you are too excited to meet her, just come with me tomorrow I will make you meet her." " he warned him, making him gulp down the saliva as he was caught.

"But are you sure that your family will accept her? They have already rejected many girls. And even if they do, will her family members be ready to give you their daughter", Dhruv asked in a concerned voice.

"Honestly I don't know anything about her family reaction but I am sure my family will love her. I made Maa meet her once accidentally at a temple. And you know maa could not stop talking about how good she is for a whole damn week.", Shivansh said with a neutral yet exciting voice.

"But what if her family members don't agree? you can't kidnap her, Right?", Dhruv asked.

"If required I will do that too!!", he said in a serious note.

"What do you mean I have to ... I don't want to see anyone right now!!!!", Aliyah screamed when she saw another marriage proposal for her.

"See aliyah, we won't tolerate any tantrums this time. You have already rejected 3 marriage proposals and this is one of the biggest businessmen of Delhi NCR. You have to say yes!!", Her father screamed.

Her nerve triggered listening to their demand, she knew there was no use telling them anything as they were not ready to listen to her words. As soon as her patient limit was crossed she left the hall without even listening to them and slammed the door of her room. Feeling helpless she sat down on the cold floor hugging her knees near her chest and sobbing like there was no tomorrow.

"See the attitude she has... who would marry a girl with such a level of aggression!!", her mom continued.

"We cannot deny this proposal... They are very rich and powerful. This will help us to gain our respect back!!", her brother joined the conversation.

"She is the one who made us lose that, now she will take this back by saying yes tomorrow.", her father agreed with her brother.

Here Aaliyah was listening to everything, wondering why her sweetest family became the worst for her... what happened that day??

Having the same discussions daily when I come back... why don't they listen to me anymore!! Don't know what else I would need to face because of that one day.

Her eyes broke into tears with this thought.

There is only one person in this world who would understand my feelings this time.

She took her phone and texted him,

Hey buddy, I have got one more marriage proposal today and this time they wouldn't listen to me.

That stranger was her only hope; she knew he would never give her wrong advice and would never harm her in any way. He was here for her in the worst situation.

As she already knew, an immediate reply from him made her feel a little confident about the thing she was worrying about.

Don't be so worried about this, not all men are the same. I think you should give it a try.

She decided to go with the flow and embrace the things that her future held.
