That's why Some Sub-Skill are Integrated into other Skills Like [Law Domination] of [Raphael] When it Got Divided into the parts it Dosen't Get Integrated into any of the Two Parts. But it Integrated into [Lord of Vows {Uriel}] in The Form of [Law Manipulation] and like [Law Domination] [Food Chain] Sub-Skill became a Part of [Lord of Gluttony {Beelzebuth] the Parallel Skill of the [Raphael] After its Division.
Feldway: That Means If [Raphael] is In it's Complete Form it was The Strongest Skill.
