MOTHER
Victoria Yarrow, a twelve-year-old, is the daughter of Hecate, the goddess of witchcraft, magic, and ghosts. She assists those seeking sanctuary, while Hecate serves as a guardian for roads and all journeys to the afterlife.
POWERS
Victoria possesses numerous powers, including controlling the mist, a veil that conceals the magical world from mortals, casting illusions to influence mortal minds, and using Greek words to cast spells. She can manipulate darkness, control magical energy, disguise people, create false memories, and hide locations, shielding them from harm.
PARENTS
Victoria's backstory involves her father, Andrew Yarrow, who once fell in love with Hecate. However, Andrew decided that a relationship with a goddess wasn't realistic or practical, so he chose to end it. Despite this, they maintain a strong bond, and the love between them is still there.

Claiming story:
Victoria awoke in the Hermes cabin to find the world around her turned upside down—literally. She blinked in confusion as she floated above her bed, alongside the other campers, all still asleep and unaware of their unusual circumstances. Many objects—clothes, shoes, even a stray ping pong ball—drifted lazily through the air. Heart pounding, Victoria carefully levitated towards the door, pushing it open and stepping into the cool night.
The entire camp was in a state of chaos. Campers from different cabins hovered several feet off the ground, some asleep, some awake and shouting in panic, while others were hilariously tangled in tree branches.
Suddenly, the Big House's door burst open, and out stepped Chiron, his expression stern. Right behind him, Mr. D floated angrily, his purple Hawaiian shirt billowing as he swam through the air in a frustrated huff.
"This is unacceptable!" Mr. D fumed as he paddled through the air towards the Hecate cabin. "I will not have this nonsense in my camp!" Reaching the door, he banged on it with an impatient fist. "Open up!"
The door creaked open to reveal Lou Ellen, the head of the Hecate cabin. She stood calmly, arms crossed, as she faced the enraged god. "How can I help you, Mr. D?" she asked, her voice level despite the situation.
"How can you help?" Mr. D echoed sarcastically. "Maybe by explaining why your cabin's magic has everyone flying around like balloons?"
Lou Ellen arched an eyebrow, clearly not intimidated. "I can assure you, Mr. D, none of us cast this spell. We don't play with magic lightly."
Their argument quickly grew heated, with Mr. D accusing and Lou Ellen defending her cabin's honor. Chiron, recognizing the need for peace, stepped in, his authoritative voice cutting through the tension. "Enough, both of you! Let's focus on solving the problem."
Lou Ellen sighed and snapped her fingers. Instantly, everyone and everything that had been floating came crashing down. Groans and complaints filled the camp as disoriented campers rubbed bruises and glared in the direction of the Hecate cabin.
Just as the camp began to settle down, a hush fell over the crowd. Every eye turned towards Victoria, who was now bathed in an otherworldly purple glow. Above her head, two spectral cross torches appeared, their flames flickering with an eerie light. The realization spread like wildfire—Victoria had just been claimed by Hecate, the Goddess of Witchcraft.
Lou Ellen's expression softened as she approached Victoria, placing a gentle hand on the girl's shoulder. "Welcome to Hecate's cabin, Victoria," she said with a warm smile. "You're one of us now."
