||The Start||

"I heard he mangled his throat-" Zenitsu replied, then going on and on about how passive he had recently been because of it before hysterically laughing at said passiveness.

"Help! I need a handkerchief or something! Ugh! Get it off!"

You sighed, finally getting up out of the bed and walking over to grab a box of tissues for the poor kakashi. You then handed them to the kakashi and he quickly grabbed a few to wipe off of his uniform.

"Thank you!"

"No problem." You yawned, not even paying attention to the conversation your friends were having. You're vision was annoyingly blurry and it was hard to focus.

"I'm sorry... For being so weak." Inosuke started, probably feeling miserable from his broken down body. You could feel him, he was sad and you're not surprised, you were kind of sad too.

"Don't be sad Inosuke! This isn't like you at all! I'm just so happy that you're alright!" Tanjiro encouraged.

"Yeah! There's nothing to worry about! You did great!" Zenitzu added.

"Don't worry, you're alive and that's better." You smiled, walking over to Inosuke's figure before giving his covered leg a little pat. "Now, can I ask all of you a favor?" You ask, getting everyone's attention.

"Uh, yeah, what is it?" Tanjiro tilted his head.

"Yeah! We can help!" Zenitsu yelled, almost jumping on his bed.

"... Sure." Inosuke groaned a bit.

"Is it okay if we can all sleep? I can't sleep because you're all too loud."

"..."

"..."

"..."

"... Please?"

"Oh! Sorry." Tanjiro apologized with a laugh, quickly standing up and running over to the empty bed next to you. Inosuke just nodded, not moving again or speaking.

"Yeah of course..."

So you proceeded to plop down on the bed, yawning again and getting comfortable. You were abnormally tired and it was frustrating.

But it was alright, you'd take another nap and if you were lucky maybe you'd even be able to sleep for a couple more days.

"AGH! WAIT DID I TAKE MY MORNING MEDICINE!? DID YOU SEE ME TAKE IT! DID ANYBODY SEE ME TAKE IT!? ANYONE!?"

Never mind, it wouldn't be luck but a miracle of God Almighty if you got some sleep in this room with Zenitsu. At least you could close your eyes, hopefully you didn't get a concussion.

"Hey, you!" Someone yells, completely ignoring Zenitsu and the medicine he was crying about again.

You open your eyes, seeing Aoi who was hovering over your body. You point to yourself with a raised eyebrow and she just throws some clothes at you. When you look at them you realize that they're the same clothes she told you to change into and she looked pissed.

"Haha... I kind of had a feeling you'd be mad at me for falling asleep... Instead of getting my clothes on." 

She scowled, sighing at your sorry excuse for a reason before she hoisted you up off your feet. 

"Come on, I'm personally assigning myself to you until you can do stuff without help anymore, alright!?"

"Yes, I understand." You sigh, wishing you could have gone to sleep again before you had to do stuff. Tanjiro had to refrain from laughing at the situation because he could see your annoyed expression but maybe it was okay.

"The first thing you're doing is taking a damn bath!"

\- inosuke wants to be able to fight everyone to become the strongest and both you and giyu are at the top of the list, however he's so bummed out and sad about how weak he feels that he can't get himself out of bed to do anything.\

\- while you were gone zenitsu and inosuke both talked about all the things that you said and did to help them and it made tanjiro really happy that you tried your best to protect them all, you almost acted like a big sister.\

\- you ended up falling asleep in the bath of medicated water while aoi helped you wash off, it was just so warm and you were so tired that you could barely wake up to get out of the bath so aoi could dress you after and she hat to yell at you.\
