Kirsten pulled the silver fridge door open, glancing around at something to snack on before feeling the tug to her hair, waving her father off she reached in for a yogurt.

Marc sucked his teeth, closing his black robe tighter. Kirsten hardly reacted to things anymore. Just one day, she stopped seeming so surprised or alerted to things "Whatchu doin grim?" He asked peaking over as she was turning around in her spot

"Bout to eat. Why you up?" She questioned back sliding over to kitchen table, it was two mix match tables one was brown and square shape meant for four and the other a large party table her mother just threw an a very large table cloth sin sewed into two.

Marc shrugged standing over Kirsten crossing his arms across her torso "worried aboutchu" he spoke honestly

Sliting her eyes at her father as she opened the yogurt Kirsten didn't say much of anything at first, she understood what her father was referring too but she didn't want to make conversations on it.

Kirsten Lewis

Cracking into her youngest sister's bedroom the night light slowly moving purple, pink and blue colors along the walls to sooth the girl's to sleep. Kirsten came completely in not so much quite like you would expect her to be.

Everyone in the house has went through their fair share of yelling and fighting over Kirsten rudeness but as Kirsten explained. Nobody else was up at three in the morning to ensure that her sisters went to school. It's not that their parents didn't care but they would have felt more comfortable or better yet it would be more convenient for the girls to start school like everyone else. But that didn't work for Kirsten she wanted her little sisters to have all the education and be there for what time she could be there to watch them develop.

Kirsten explains to her parents that she would be more than glad to be the one to get up in the mornings and get them ready for school if that was the case.

"Layla boo" Kirsten shook her frame lightly, Layla brown hair had to be move out her face so she could be seen "Layla you got two minutes to be up before I get you up"

Layla amber eyes popped out her head, her body mostly responding with trauma "I'm up" she spoke sitting up and clearing her throat

Kirsten nodded putting both her hands in her lap Kirsten head nodded over to their small closet "Go get you and your sister clothes ready"

Without a problem Layla small frame pulled the covers back to get ready like she was told.

Licking her bottom lip, Kirsten watched her for a moment just to see how Layla would finish her request. Layla went to the bottom of the closet she pulled out two pair of shoes that were still in the bag setting them on top of the small computer desk that Kirsten put in to make the girl do worksheets up until enrollment.

Seeing that this meant Layla would be good at doing the rest of their morning routine on her own, Kirsten took this as an opportunity to get herself ready for the day.
