An Unexpected Desire

CHAPTER 23: A REAL DEAL

She looked at me for a while and then mover her gaze down..I thought to convince her but then  stopped myself and decided to give her some alone time and with a same expression , I left from there..

I directly stormed to my room and locked the door form behind...I slowly walked few steps , when I broke down and fall on the floor and started crying...I cried my heart out , I really didn't have any idea about what is going on in my life..everything feels messed up , I don't want to marry him ; I admit that I was having strange feelings whenever I looked at him but I never thought that  he would take advantage of mine..

And on top of that , I really don't know why he wants to marry me , for God's sake why he has chosen me...

Every new possibilities and new questions were popping in my mind in every second...my head started feeling really heavy due to which I rub my hair roughly...

I tried stopping myself from crying but the tears just wouldn't stop...I was wiping my tear countinously but they were rolling down through my cheeks everytime and this continued for an hour when I drifted to sleep on the floor because of tiredness..

After half an hour , I woke up suddenly...I looked around and went to washroom , then splashed some water on face , and took a bath with cold water , it was little bit cold outside but I didn't care. I was feeling hot .
Then , I came outside and took some clothes from wardrobe and went to kitchen..

I cooked some of granny's favorite food , and then went to her room..she was sitting on her bed , looking outside the room...I entered and closed the door and came near her , but still she was looking outside..

I sighed and placed the food on the table and sat besides her...I took her hand in mine and said while gently rubbing it " granny! "
She slowly moved her gaze and was just looking at me without any expression..

I looked at her " please let me do this , please ! " she didn't say anything and again looked outside...I was about to say again when she started saying suddenly " jas ! I have done many mistakes , I have seen many miseries " then she looked at me " and you are paying all the consequences of my mistakes " I made confused look " what do you mean ? "

She sighed and said " you will know when right time comes "........." but " she paused for a minute and then finally confronted " but you can marry him " my heart beat started racing , " what ? " ...." yes , you can marry him "......" but just tell me the real reason behind this " I made a sad look ' how can I tell you the reason granny , how can I?..I can't ' " because I - I love him " I gulped..

She looked at me for some time and then just nodded in response and again looked outside the window , I stood from there , took the plate and served her food.." now eat ! " I looked at her and smile...I was about to go when she caught my hand , I turned around to see her looking at me " come ! Let's eat together " I smiled and nodded..

Then we had our lunch together , in between eating she seemed that she had been spaced out , but I didn't say anything , then I helped her to take a bath and treated her scratches , and in all this period I sensed her gaze , I knew that she was thinking something but I didn't ask much...

Then she laid on the bed , I put the comforter and kissed her forehead before going out from her room...

I changed my clothes and directly headed to company , I reached within half an hour and went straight to his cabin , and entered through door without knocking this time..he was busy doing something on his laptop when his gaze moved to me , I gulped and came near his table..
