'This tale is about three siblings who went to the ends of the earth to save their family. And it's true. It's about my family after all. My name is Faye Elric. I am the youngest child of a beautiful woman by the name of Trisha Elric and a man who I barely knew that my brothers remembered more than me. Our story begins in Central.' A voice explains before a girl who looked very similar to her older brother wearing a long sleeve black shirt and a skirt that came to mid-thighs, stockings that came up to just where the skirt ended and a pair of boots that while looked fashionably cute were made for walking.

"Ah, dammit... The colonel's never gonna let us outta here, is he?" Her eldest brother complains.
"We already bought our tickets for Liore, too. Does this mean we're not going?" Her other older brother asks.
"I don't know, Al... Faye, stay behind me and Al the entire time, okay?" Her eldest brother orders.
"Always, big brother, but who knows... it could be fun staying a little longer." Faye responds with her arms behind her back and she giggles.
"For now, let's just get this over with... Ok?" Her eldest brother responds.
"Lead the way, brother." Al says. Faye, while not as good at alchemy as her brothers, could at least defend herself. It was the only way they'd let her come with them. When she fought, she had a pair of gloves that she wore.
The song begins as flames are shown appearing before Edward, Alphonse and Faye are shown watching their house burn down and the title is shown against their backs. "I had a purpose then, pursuing the path to catalyze our dream..." Edward is shown walking as he clasps his hands together and then holds them out. "But it's a winding road, where you stumble and sway your way amongst the crowd..." Van Hohenheim is shown before he turns his back, walking away. "Don't get me wrong, I would never go back in time - or play God but is there a way I could earn back that endless sky?" Faye, Winry, Edward, and Alphonse are shown as kids sleeping before the four are shown walking along the dirt path. Light flashes and Alphonse is shown in his armor waking up before he looks towards Central. "I can see it in your eyes..." Alphonse, Edward and Faye are shown running. Gluttony attacks. "I've forgotten, please remind me, as day turns darkness!" Flames from an explosion as Mustang joins the fight. "Expired chances - but we gotta make it through again!" Scar is shown sitting in the rain before the rain clears and he gets up and runs away angrily. "Cause there's nowhere else to run!" Granny Pinako is shown with Den who barks at her happily. "There's still so much here, a life worth living!" Edward is shown attacking with alchemy as he runs. "And with time you'll drown the feeling out! (I'M ON THE WAY)" Gluttony, Lust and Envy are shown attacking Edward. "It's so nostalgic..." Winry and Faye are shown laying in different directions with their arms over their faces as they cry.
