Little Fox Cry

As the sun sets and the moon shines here I lay alone in the emptiness of my bed.
As I relive the bitter sweet memories you left me with, I tightly Clench onto your clothes. The same clothes you gave me to keep warm when you can't be by my side.
Though as I clench tighter and tighter it only reminds me that it's just a piece of cloth and then I remember you're not here by my side.
As the midnight sky darkens and the stars shine I can't help but howl my little fox cry. Though as loud as I howl and as loud as I cry my song goes unheard and I'm left with nothing but a silence and tears in my eyes.
As I hear the birds sing and watch the sun rise I lay in the emptiness of my bed counting yet another restless night.
I try to thank God for blessing me another day of life, though I  can't help but remember yet once again that you're no longer here by my side.
