"Okay here's the game plan.  First, we get hot chocolate-"

"J it's too warm for hot chocolate."

"Then we'll get iced chocolate!  Please don't interrupt my kickass plan, Nor," he glares playfully at me.

"I apologize Captain Watt," I salute him teasingly.

"Don't you sass me, girl.  You're gonna get it."

"Ohh I'm so scared.  Now let's go pick out a tree already!" I yell as I open the truck door.

"Hey! What did I tell you about opening your own door?" he asks me, exasperated.

"Not to do it because ladies should wait for a gentleman to open it for them."

"That's right. Now let me help you get down," he offers before lifting me by my waist.

"I can't believe you didn't pull your back out, lifting me up."

"Are you serious? You must weigh a buck o' 5, girl! You're a feather," he tells me before taking my hand and leading me towards the tree farm.

"Woah! Mom, look! It's J.J. Watt!" a little boy about five years old, yells to his mother.

"Hey buddy, what's your name?" J asks him as he crouches down to the little boy's level.

"Emerson," he whispers in awe of J.J.

"That's a cool name, bud.  You want me to sign something for you?"

"Yes! Mommy can J.J. sign my shirt? Can you take a picture of us?" he begs his mother.

"If it's alright with Mr. Watt, that's fine with me," she smiles at her son.

My smile is stretching wide across my face.  J.J. is such a great role model.  He's so amazing with kids.  He'd be an extraordinary dad.

After he takes the picture with Emerson, the baby in the stroller begins crying.

"That's my baby sister.  She cries a lot," Emerson informs us.

"You're her big brother.  You know what that means?" J asks him seriously. "It means that you're going to do everything in your power to protect her.  You'll look out for her and make sure no one hurts her. But for now, you can help your mom by holding your sister, so maybe she will stop crying."

I'm holding my hand over my mouth at the adorable scene in front of me.  The mother hands her crying baby over to J and he cradles her and starts to rock her. He shushes her gently and her whimpers quiet down until they disappear altogether.

"See, buddy. You just have to be gentle with her and she'll know that she can trust you to protect her."

"Wow.  Thanks J.J. I'm going to be the best big brother ever," Emerson promises.

"Glad to hear that, buddy."

The mother thanks him and they get the baby situated back into her stroller and the family walks off.

"What?" J asks when he sees my face.

"That was beautiful, J."

"Baby girl, please don't mention this in front of the guys.  I have a reputation that I have to keep," he gives me the puppy dog eyes.

"My lips are sealed.  That was seriously too sweet for words," I tell him before linking my arm into his.

"I know. I'm just so damn charming.  Now let's pick this tree already."
