"Fair points."

"So, I want to know some things..." I start. He tenses up. I notice he's holding something.

"First, whats that?" I ask, pointing to the thing he has.

"Umm... I was going to give it to you later, since I haven't finished it yet, but yeah"

He hands me a golden horse. Well, most of one, and it wasn't actual gold. Just metal painted gold. The body and head are there, but only two legs are done. The other legs and the tail are just gold blobs. The eye socket has nothing in it to be an eyeball, but the horse has a smile.

"Leo, it looks great! I bet it'll be even better when its done!"

"Yeah... I sorta melted one of the vases to make this..." I just laugh when Leo says this.

"Of course Leo. Of course. Now, second question. You've been here longer than me, and I'll also ask Percy this, since he's been here longer than both of us."

"What?" Leo asks.

"Tell me about Jade" I ask. I don't know why I'm so curious. I just felt like I needed to know about her.

"So... Jade came when she was 13, and Coach Hedge was with her. Hopefully he didn't have his baseball bat with him... Anyway, Jade has been at Camp Half-Blood for 2 years. She is one of the best at potions, better than everyone except Lou and about 2 others. She stays in her room a lot, probably experimenting with her potions. She is also good at summoning animals. Most Hecate kids can summon a 3-headed dog sometimes, Hecate's sacred animal, but she can summon a Pegasus if she wants to. Thats about it"

I nod. Such important information about someone that I don't know how to use.

"So... Summoning animals is like, a blessing?" I ask.

"No, I don't think so. Most Hecate kids specialize in one thing. Some in potions, enchanting objects, and some are good at controlling the Mist. But the Jade's the first I've ever seen to specialize in animals" Leo notes.

Hmmm...

"CAUSE YOUR AMAZING! JUST THE WAY YOU ARE!" Percy's screeching (More like death-to-humanity voice) is heard from the kitchen.

"PERCY, YOUR AMAZING VOICE IS KILLING US" I say, note the sarcasm.

"I UNDERSTAND KNOW! MY SINGING IS SO GOOD IT CANNOT BE HEARD BY HUMAN EARS, OR THEY'LL PERISH FROM MY AWESOMENESS!!" He replies.

I facepalm. "ONE: WHY ARE WE YELLING? TWO: YOU NEED TO TURN YOUR SARCASM METERE ON!"

"Whats sarcasm?" Percy asks, lowering his voice to a normal chatting volume. I facepalm, go out to the kitchen, and put my hand on his head.

"This is a brain sucker. What is it doing? Wasting its time."

"Or having a snack on seaweed" Leo says, sitting at the dinner table.

"You have a nose for food" I say, sitting down next to him.

"Dinners up! Blue nacho chips with light blue sour cream, blue mince and blue baked beans (The bake beans in the mince, not separate)"

"So Im guess you ran to the store?" I ask. He nods.

We talk and chat during our dinner, laughing and joking around. I think this is one of those rare moments where you aren't being chased by monsters and can just enjoy yourself.

"Well, Goodnight" I say 30 minutes later, and head off to bed.

I lay in bed for a little while, then drifted off to sleep. The day was going fine, it was the dream that ruined the mood.
