The news

I peed my pants!? That can't be true! I would've known! I try to remember what caused this until i remember. Kendra. She accidentaly spilled lemonade on my bed when I was reading my comics. She must have spilled some on my shorts too. Boy is she clumsy! I stare at my shorts until Quincy breaks the silence. "Let me guess. Kendra. She is wayyy more clumsy than she looks."  Thats what I always like about Quincy. He always somehow reads my mind. "Well, i got you covered buddy. I have some spare gym shorts in my backpack. you can change into them in the bathroom.". "How are you always prepared for crazy stuff like this?" I ask. He shrugs "I just am". Once we get to school, I immediatley change into the gym shorts. The rest of the day is normal, until i get home.

I see Kendra puffy eyed until I ask "What happened!?". She just sobs for another few minutes until I decide to look for mom. "Mom? Mooom!! Kendra's crying which is scary because of her make up!" which was true. As Kendra's tears fell, so did her make up. "Quinn! M-mom's not here!" Kendra shouted. "A-a-and she never will be a-anymore!" she started crying hysterically now. What? Is she on a business trip or something? "Kendra! Tell me what is going on! You're freaking me out here!" Kendra just looks at me and gives me a hug. I just stay there until Kendra whispers faintly into my ear "She's dead.". I froze in hear arms as i felt tears silently falling down my face. She couldn't be gone! I didn't even say goodbye to her this morning! After my dad died she was the only parent left! How can she just disappear? "What happened?" Kendra just stares silently out the window. "WHAT HAPPENED!?" I demand. I barely make out the whisper "she was murdered.". This instantly reminded me of Dick Grayson. His parents were murdered. Tony Zucco was then put to justice by dick. Just like how I was going to put the murderer to justice myself.
