Kelsey's POV-
My twin, Carson, walked in with his best friend, Ryan freaking Jackson. I scoffed and rolled my eyes. I pretend to hate him, but I've had a crush on him for about.. Hmm 4 years? It would have been nice if I had a warning he was coming; I look like garbage. But then again, when don't I? I was sick today, so I got to stay home and watch re-runs of TWD all day. I had on grey sweat pants, a Beatles shirt, and my hair was in a high pony tail. *SPOILER ALERT!!! WARNING!!!!!* "My baby's alive!!!!" I scream at the top of my lungs. I was currently watching The Walking Dead, and we just found out that Glenn was alive, and hiding uner the dumpster.

*SPOILER OVER* My shouting earned me weird looks from Carson and Ryan. "Don't judge me." I muttered. Ryan just chuckles and shakes his head, while Carson rolls his eyes. "you're such a nerd, Kells." Carson sighs. "Shut up, I can't hear the tv." i held up my hand and waved them away. I heard them walk up the stairs. I let out a breath and lean back. It's hard to fake hate your crush.

Ryan's POV-

I've never understood why Kelsey's hated me. Girls are so confusing. Most of them are always clinging to me, Kelsey is the exact opposite. She freaking hates me so much. She can't even be in the same room with me without scoffing or rolling her eyes. What did I ever do to her? Okay, so maybe I intruded her Netflix marathon, but I needed help with homework. She literally screamed at me and threw a pillow. It hurt, a lot. She has a killer throw. I followed Carson upstairs. "So, scary movie?" He grins. I nod, also grinning. "Kelsey! Get your butt up here! We're watching a horror film!" Carson shouts at the top of his lungs. I hear Kelsey's quick and light foot steps running up the stairs. "20 bucks Ryan will scream." Kelsey grins as she reaches the top of the stairs. I glare at her. "Me? Scream? no way. Yiu're the one that'll scream." I scoff. "Oh yeah? Wanna bet?" She glares back. I just smile, "Yeah, whoever wins buys lunch for the loser." I grin. "Awh, I want free lunch." Whines Carson. I rolled my eyes. "Fine. Be that way. I get to pick the film." Carson scoffs. "The Conjuring." He grins, Kelsey scoffing, "Seen it. Barely gave me goosebumps. Pick a different one." Carson pouts and keeps looking. "Paranormal Activity 4." Carson huffs, covering Kelsey's mouth before she could protest. "But it probably won't be scary." She whines and licks Carson's hand, making him make a disgusted face and pull his hand away. "Deal with it." Carson plays the movie.

By the end of the movie Kelsey was cracking up. She has a habit of laughing at people in horror movies. And I screamed at the end, sooo..... "I can't believe...." She tries to catch her breath, "You screamed!" She shouts through laughter. I pout and whack her arm. "Don't touch me! Gross." She scoffs. I just stick my tongue out at her. That kinda hurt.

Kelsey's POV-
Plugging my headphones in, I started walking to school. Ryan lived right next to us, so he walked with Carson and I. I, like always, walked ahead. They talk too much. I sighed and watched my feet as I walked. As I crossed the road, I heard someone faintly shout at me. "Kelsey! Look out!" Carson shouted, car breaks making a very loud squeak. Looking up, my eyes were wide. A car had stopped just inches from me. "Oh my God." I whispered as Carson and Ryan came running to me. "Are you okay? Are you hurt?" Carson, being the protective brother he is, inspected me and showered me with questions as Ryan stood there awkwardly. The guy that almost hit me stepped out of the car and an to me. "I am so, so sorry. If she's hurt I can pay for the medical bill. Or something?" He panics. I rolled my eyes, "i'm fine. The car didn't even hit me." I shrug Carson off. "Thanks though." I smiled at the guy before walking to the other side of the road. I could see the school now. "Hey, slow pokes! Catch up!" I called to Ryan and Carson. "Hey, you guys wanna go to the park after school today?" I glanced at them as they caught up. "Sure," They said in sync. I nodded. "Okay, see you, losers!" I called before running off to join my best friend, Aspen. "Hello." I grinned, hitting her back lightly as I ran slightly past her, then stopped and walked next to her. "Kelsey, you're so weird" She laughed. "I know." I yawned, walking into the school. "Me, Carson, and Ryan are going to the park today after school. Wanna come?" I glanced at her as she grinned and bumped me with her shoulder, making an 'Ooh' noise. She knows I like Ryan. "Stop it," I whined. She laughed, "Sorry, but I can't. Baby sitting Hayden." She sighed. Hayden was her 12 year old brother. We call him Hades. I pout, "Awh, okay." We walk into homeroom, which we had together.

"I'm the king of the world!" I shouted as I stood on top of the tall monkey bars, grinning. "No, you're just a monkey." I look down, seeing Ryan. "Shut up. You're just jealous that you can't get up here." i scoff. "Whatever. Just don't fall." He laughs. "Aw! You care!" I put a hand over my heart, making me lose my balance and fall on my arm. "Ouch." I whispered and sat up, instantly regretting it. My arm was bent in an 'S' like shape. I closed my eyes, not able to look. "Uuuhhh, Carson!" I heard Ryan shout. "what?" Carson jogged over. "oh my God, Kells." He gasps and picks me up. He runs to the car and slides into the back seat with me still in his arms as Ryan starts the car and drives to the hospital.
