The Truth or Dare (Niall Horan Fanfic)

Part 6

I snuck up around the trees that we’re near the bushes to hear what was happening, “This is what you get for going in the bushes, love.” The man snickered. I looked to the side of the tree and found a half-naked Alex, I gasped, before jumping on the man giving him several blows,

“W-wha-t the ac-tual –f-fuck!” he screamed.

“What on earth do you think you’re doing?” I punched him, “You dirty, nasty cunt!”

“Fuc-k! O-w! Let me go!” The man cried.

“You don’t fucken do that to woman!” I was furious, I can’t believe people like him are sick enough to do that, it disgusts me, “Have you got nothing else to do? Is that why you go around raping woman!” I screamed, kicking him in the shin.

I was just about to give him another blow when Paul came out of nowhere and grabbed my arm, “That’s enough Niall!”

“No! It will never be enough Paul!” I screamed back, trying to get out of his grip, “He fucking tried to rape Alex!” I was practically crying now. I can’t believe out of all girls, it had to be Alex! She fucking didn’t deserve this, no girl or woman does.

“N-niall!” Paul struggled to keep me in his grip, “You’re going to kill the man if I let you go! Help Alex and I’ll handle the man!”

I hadn’t even remembered that Alex was laying there unconscious, I was too busy beating up the man who was now on the floor, “Shit! Yeah,” I mumbled and Paul loosened his hands around me waist.

I walked over to Alex, she was badly injured, there were bruises, cuts, scratches everywhere. “Crap!” I cussed, “I’m so sorry Alex, I should’ve come sooner.” 

She didn’t reply, “Paul, I think we should call the ambulance.”

He nodded before replying, “It’s already been done, they’re on their way.”

I didn’t even bother to nod, I just kept my gaze on Alex. How could someone do this to her? She is such an amazing girl. I was just about to ask Paul how long the ambulance would take when a van with flashing lights rolled in.

I ran towards the ambulance carrying Alex bridal style, “H-here.” I mumbled, placing Alex on the bed before hoping on.

“Aren’t you Niall Horan?” one of the people on the van asked.

I groaned and replied, “Yeah.”

“Oh, cool, my daughter loves you,” she smiled; I cannot believe she is worried about this now, she should be helping Alex for god sakes.

I gave her a half smile.

“Sorry Niall, but you can’t be here.” She returned a sympathetic smile.

“W-what? Why?” I panicked.

“Well, sorry son but unless you’re family you ca-”

“I’m her boyfriend.” I cut her off quickly.

She looked at me wide-eyed before reply, “O-oh then, in that case hope on.”

Alex POV

I woke up to the sound of beeping noises, it’s probably just mum making breakfast, I thought to myself.  But to my surprise I was wrong, I sat up, slowly observing my surroundings, I was in the hospital. What happened?  I then spotted a blonde- haired boy who was lightly snoring on the chair beside me, he looked slightly familiar but I didn’t know who he was, I turned my head to look at him before he started to open his eyes…

“Alex!” he jumped, causing me to flinch, “You’re awake!”

“W-who- who are you?” I questioned, “and where’s my mother?”

“Y-you don’t remember?” He gulped, “Your mother, u-m she’s not here.”

“Oh ok, and no, sorry.” I replied and his face saddened. I really don’t know who he is, I’ve never seen him before in my whole entire life. I was trying to figure out who he was before I felt a pang in my head. “Ow!” I screamed.

“Don’t think too much love,” he pulled me into a hug, “I’m your boyfriend.”

I gasped, I don’t remember… I don’t remember him as my boyfriend? I don’t even know why I’m in the hospital, “W-what happened?” I managed to ask him slightly pushing him back.

“You-um, you fell down the stairs,” he coughed looking down.

“Oh, thanks.” I answered, his my boyfriend but I don’t even know his name? “What’s your name?” I asked slightly confused.

“You really don’t remember huh?” The blonde- hair boy looked up at me.

I shook my head- no.

“It’s Niall Horan, love.” He replied, “and I am you’re boyfriend.”

*GASP* HOW COULD HE LIE TO HER?
