He Sees Her...

"I'm ready to order! I want a white wine and a water with lemon. Do not forget my lemon!"

She threw the menu at him.

"I'm sorry for my wife. I'll just have a glass of vodka."

"Okay. Do you want any ice?"

"No just vodka. I need it."

The waiter chuckled and took the menu.

"I'll be right out with your drinks sir."

5 minutes later...

The waiter came out with their drinks and took their order.

"Okay. It'll be a 15-minute wait. Is that okay?"

Mary was about to say something, but Chase interrupted her.

"That's fine. Thank you."

"Chase 15 minutes?!"

"Mary stop. It's not that long of a wait."

Mary and Chase were talking about his work, but Chase stopped when he saw the most beautiful woman.

Men were tripping over their own feet to open the door for her.

"Chase what's wrong?"

"Huh? Nothing. I'm gonna go to the bathroom."

He saw the woman walk to the women's bathroom so he walked into the men's bathroom.

He used the restroom and he walked out at the same time she did. He made sure to take his ring off before he got her attention.

"E-Excuse me?!"

She turned around and she took his breath away.

"I um I wanted to tell you that you are extremely beautiful."

"Oh thank you."

"What's your name?"

"Summer."

"A beautiful name for a beautiful woman."

Summer smiled.

"I was wondering, Summer, if you would like to go on a date?"

Summer smiled and said, "Sure."

Chase gave her his number and she gave him hers and then he said, "Are you here with anyone?"

"Yeah, my sister. Are you here with anyone?"

"Um, my cousin."

"Oh okay. Well when do you want to go on a date?"

"I'm free this Saturday."

"Okay. Me too."

"Okay," Chase smiled, "I'll call you Saturday."

"Okay."

Chase walked back to his table and sat down.

"What took you so long?"

"I was using the bathroom Mary."

"You were taking forever."

He sighed and said under his breath, "Whatever."

After lunch, Mary went shopping and Chase went home.

When he got there, his twin brother was there, Charlie.

"Hey Charlie."

"Hey. What's up man?"

"Nothing. Where were you? I have been here for two hours."

"I know. Mary wanted to go out to eat."

"Of course she did. Where is she now?"

"Where she always is, shopping."

They went inside and sat across from each other.

"I'm going on a date."

His brother looked at him, "With Mary?"

"No this girl named Summer. She's so beautiful."

"Does she know you're married?"

"No, but I'm gonna tell her after our date."

Charlie was happy because he hated Mary and wanted them to get divorced.

"Okay. What does she look like?"

Chase opened his phone and opened Facebook.

Charlie's eyes popped out of his head.

"Damn she is... "

"I know right."

"What are you gonna do about Mary?"

"What do you mean?"

"I mean, are you gonna divorce her because I'm ready for that."

"Yeah, but I have to find the right time."

"Whatever. Just hurry up because I'm tired of her being my sister in law."

Chase laughed, "Okay."

Saturday

Chase went to work so he could get some work done.

His phone rang and he picked up.

"Hello?"

"Hey it's Summer."

"Oh hey! I'm sorry I meant to call you this morning."

"It's okay. You still want to go on our date?"

"Of course. I can pick you up tonight if that's okay?"

"Yeah that's fine. I'll text you my address."

"Okay. Where are we going?"

"A restaurant by my office."

"Okay see you tonight."

"Okay."

She texted him her address.

Charlie came in and said, "Did she call you?"

"Yeah. I'm picking her up tonight."

"Okay. Make sure you don't say nothing stupid. You know you ain't got no game."

"I don't have game? I was the one who taught you how to pick up girls."

"Whatever Chase. Just don't do or say something stupid."

"Like?"

"Like you're married."

"Oh yeah."

Chase had to make sure that he kept his marriage a secret. He liked Summer a lot and he wanted to see where this could go.
