Luke stood there waiting in the line watching as the man took the same orders five times in a row with a smile. When it finally came to his turn he sighed. "Nice to see a familiar face." he genuinely smiled and Luke returned it as best he could

Marcel gave him a curious look. "So, what'll it be today?" he asked and Luke shook his head from the dreamy gaze and cleared his throat. "The sugar-free hot chocolate please," Luke said with a faint smile and Marcel chuckled. "I hope you know they still have a shit ton of sugar in them." Luke huffed a chuckle "What can I say, I have one hell of a sweet tooth." he flashed a toothy grin making Marcel chuckle. "I've noticed, no lemon tart today?" he asked and Luke shook his head. "Nope," he sighed. "I've started to become addicted," he grinned. "I literally have been dreaming about them." 'being served by you on a silver platter while wearing a skimpy maid outfit.' Marcel huffed. "They really that good?" he asked and Luke nodded his head. "Kinda wish I had the recipe but then again if I did I'd have diabetes by next week." Marcel smiled and shook his head typing in the order. "Well I'd love to chat some more, but we're holding up the line." Luke took a quick glance behind him and sure enough there were some pretty angsty looking basic bitched lined up behind him. He smiled and nodded. "See you later." he walked over to the next line his face returning to his casual stoic expression as the girl handed him the cup with his name written in pin-point cursive like it always was. She handed him the cup with a smile. "Nice to see you again," she said and Luke only gave a nod in response taking the cup and walking out of the shop sipping the scalding drink as he headed back to his dorm.

He sat in his computer chair, his dry eyes burning as he stared at the screen doing Jonathan's Biology homework for him while he went out with Evan on their anniversary date. Luke smiled at the thought of his little brother happy, it was really the only other thing that could get any reaction out of him other than the handsome barista boy at the Starbucks a few blocks down. He sighed finally giving in and rubbing his eyes, why he agreed to actually do this for Jonathan was beyond him. 'Oh right, I care whether or not he passes but I also know he studies tirelessly and needed a break.' he thought to himself but his thoughts were cut short by a loud grumble and he finally realized his stomach had been growling at him for the last hour to feed it something or else it was going to eat itself. He sighed standing from the chair and walking to the fridge of the dorm apartment opening to the fridge to see it was basically empty. He sighed as he remembered he was supposed to go shopping today but his helping Jonathan had distracted him. "Guess I should go tomorrow," he mumbled but his stomach growled finally biting back and he groaned. "Guess I'm going today." he sighed grabbing his coat, scarf, and keys heading out the door.

He had been staring at the freezer section for at least ten minutes before he sighed and shook his head. "I really shouldn't..." he said grabbing his stomach as it growled. He was trying to stay fit for obvious reasons. One it's healthy, two it might catch Marcel's attention if he isn't a fat slob, three he really needs to lay off the junk food as it is. His stomach growled again and he sighed giving in. "One day isn't gonna kill me," he said grabbing a small bag of frozen burgers and curly fries tossing them in his basket he turned around and ran into a small body. He gave a hard glare but his eyes widened when he saw who he bumped into. "S-shit! I'm so sor-" Marcel pause looking up at him and smiled. "Luke? Hey, I uh... I'm sorry! Obviously... I uh, I know it's weird I remembered your name but I steal the cup from Sarah every time to write your name and I don't know why I'm telling you this and uh- W-what are you doing here?" he spoke quickly and Luke gave a soft smile. "It's okay, I'm just here getting some food. You're Marcel right?" Marcel's smile grew wider. "Yes! I-I mean, yes, that is my name. Thanks for remembering." he smiled nervously and Luke nodded. "It's not easy to forget something so unique if I do say so myself." he smiled and Marcel looked down with a light blush. "Y-you think it's unique?" Luke looked to the side with pink cheeks. "I-I mean yeah it's... It's a pretty name, I- mean I-I like it at least." Marcel smiled and nodded looking at his phone. "Shit... I've gotta go or Craig is gonna kill me. I'll uh.. See you later?" he nodded before turning around.

Marcel felt something grab his shoulder. "W-wait! I mean... Would you like, wanna maybe g-go to the movies on Saturday..?" he asked timidly ready for the awkward rejection but instead was almost tackled by Marcel as he jumped up and gave him a hug. "Yes! I-I mean, what do you mean? Like just two guys just like, seeing a movie together, or together, together- I mean not together you know?" Luke stared, trying not to laugh as Marcel's adorable babbling unfolded before he finally put a finger to the man's lips making him go silent. "Yes, I'm talking about you, me a nice movie and maybe after a nice dinner and then we possibly go back to my place for a drink or two?" Marcel smiled and sighed nodding. "Yeah... I-I'd like that. So, it's a date?" Luke nodded. "It's a date." Marcel smiled reaching up and pulling Luke down giving him a quick kiss on the cheek. "See you Saturday." Luke nodded smiling dumbly. "S-see you Saturday."
