Stepping Back

Life

Knowing just what I know now
I can't say that I know how
To fix everything that's ever went wrong
And keep it that way for very long
Nor would I want to if I could
For it all ended up so very good

If I saw everything
that was 'round the bend
My kids would be missing
And my husband pretend

If everything went just as planned
And not so very out of hand
Well when, if any, would we have fun
Without the chaos that makes us run

So...
Don't be mad when it doesn't fit the mold
Step back and watch
