The One For Me

Ch. 8 - Paris

"Forgot to loc-"

He stops and looks at me from head to toe.

I giggle, blushing a bright red. "Satisfied?"

He grins a mischevious smile and walks towards me. "Not yet."

Just then I hear Liam call our names.

"Zayn, Ariana! You guys ready? We're going to be late!"

Zayn frowns. "He just had to kill the moment."

I quickly pull on the sweats before Zayn could do anything else.

"Maybe some other time." I say winking at him.

He laughs. "Ok then."

We both walk out of the suite and meet Amber and the rest of the boys outside.

"Feeling better Ari?" Lou and Amber say in unison.

I grin. "Much better."

"Good." Liam says.

Zayn walks over to me and puts his arm around my shoulder as we all sit in the taxi. Liam frowns at him and sits on my other side. Harry sits in the front, alongside the cab driver, while Lou, Amber, and Niall take the other cab behind us. I could feel Zayns grasp of me tightning.

"Ah. Zayn. What are you doing?"

"Oh. Sorry." He replies, and loosens his grasp. I turn to Liam. He looked annoyed. As if he was holding something back. His expression wasn't all that relaxed.

"You okay, Liam?" I ask, concerned.

"Yeah. I am. It's ironic cause I should be asking you that." He says with a distressed laugh.

I smile. "Don't worry. I'm better now. Thanks to you and Zayn."

I could see Harry grining through the side mirror of the cab.

"What are you smiling at?" I say to him, grinning. He shakes his head and lets out a laugh. I look down at my feet, blushing. The car soon came to a stop and I wince as the lights of the aiport shine onto my face. We all stumble out, and the others get out of the other cab as well. As we walk inside, I grab Zayns hand and kiss him on the cheek.

"Will you tell me why we're going to Paris now?"

He turns away. "No. I won't. Stop asking."

I look at him, baffled. "What did you say?"

Zayn sighs. "Sorry. Just.. Kinda stressed out. Whatever."

I faintly smile at him. "It's okay."

We eventually get our tickets and make our way inside the plane. It was beautiful. I had never been in the first class section, and had never seen anything that lunxorious on a plane before. The seats were like beds, and there were tables along-side them. A few people were walking around asking us if we needed anything as we took our seats. Everything was just so open, and you felt as though you could stay on the plane forever. Zayn and I cuddled on one seat, seeing that is was so big. Louis and Amber shared one too. Everyone else took a seat of there own. I look at Zayn as he wraps his arms around me and rests his chin on my shoulder. He seemed troubled.

"Zayn?" I say worriedly. "Is there something wrong?"

He doesn't reply until I nudge him.

"Huh. Oh yeah. Yes I am. It's just.."

I raise my eyebrow. "Yes?"

He hesitates. "I think Liam likes you."

I pull away from him; shocked. "What? Liam? What makes you think that?"

"He's alway flirting with you. And.. I don't know. He always a bit nicer to you than anyone else here."

I sigh heavily. "Zayn. Liam doesn't like me. We're just friends. Just like me and the rest of the boys. And even if he did like me. He knows the only person I love is you."

He looks at me as if he was going to say argue, but hesitated.

"Okay. Whatever."

The flight soon comes to an end, and we walk out of the airport excitedly.

"Ohh! Finally we're in PARIS!" Amber yells ecstatically.

I look around. It was beautful. Just from the airport. The sky was blue, and the weather was surprisingly warmer. I could see the eiffel tower in the distance.

"Wow.." I mumble under my breath.

Zayn grabs me and hugs me by the waist.

"You like?"

I giggle. "I love."

He twirls me so I am facing him. "Well good because you're in the city of love on the day of love."

I stare at him puzzled.

"What?"

He laughs. "Don't you know?"

I continue looking at him, a confused expression on my face. "No."

"You're in the city of love on Valentines Day."

My eyes widen. He kisses me softly on the lips.

"Happy Valentines Day, love."
