He shot her a warning look but she didn't look threatened, she gave him her fast bored face, letting him know that she doesn't care. his pubils grew to an a slightly abnormal size before it went back to normal in less than a second, it was gone unnoticed by Perrie but she did notice how his chest was rising and falling heavily, she was making him angry but she still didn't care, she saw how angry he could get and this was only the first stage so she kept herself calm and collected.

"Then what do you want to talk about? Since you wasted your precious time and came here to see me." He snapped at her, she took a deep breath and ignored that he snapped at her for the first time in a while. She wasn't sure if it was okay to ask for previous patients here but she decided to go for it.

"i came here to ask about Anne Styles. She was a patient here right?" She asked, her arms crossed over her chest as she eyed him carefully, Alexander's expression turned from angry to pale in 0.2 seconds, she raised her eyebrows at him waiting for him to answer her question.

"Get out."

"What? No! You didn't answer me-"

"Get out!" He suddenly shouted, standing up to his feet, eyes burning with anger and his face turning completely red, veins obvious on his face. Her lips parted and took a step back, surprised from his sudden outburst. His eyes darkened slightly and this was enough to finally scare her, he started taking slow steps towards her but she was quick enough to exit the room.

Her frown took over her face as she thought about the possible reason he would get that angry, her foot steps carried her to Zayn's bed, he was lying there on his back humming to a song she didn't hear before but she noticed how happy he was as he sang it so it brought a smile to her face.

She lowered herself and sat down next to him on the bed, his eyes left the ceilling and focused on her, sitting up slowly. He looked fresh and in a good mood today, it was nice seeing him like this, he got used to the place, thanks to Perrie's support.

"Hey, buddy." She grinned, her hand reaching for his. she squeezed his hand and took it on her lap, playing slightly with his fingers and the rings he's wearing, she was surprised they didn't take his rings, he probably hid them. she wanted him to talk, she wanted to her his voice over and over again but she was disappointed when he just offered her a smile, she tried to cover her disappointment but she couldn't, she wanted to get to know him, she wanted him to trust her but it seemed impossible right now, he didn't trust her enough to talk to her like she want him to, not one or two words like he occasionally does.

she moved closer to him and reached for his forearm, it was still bandaged and this is the reason why she was still angry with Alexander, he hurt him way too much. she realised the bump that was at the back of his head from the beating just yesterday, she felt sadness mixed with anger and it was expressed by tears, she really was disappointed in herself yesterday that she was reminded yet again that she didn't protect him from her own father.

"I'm sorry," she mumbled to him for the hundredth time this week only, he nodded his head and pulled her hand, bringing it to his lips, he left a kiss there as he eyed her with admiration that yet again, confused her. Anyways, his gentle gesture brought a smile to her face, her grin only widening.

"Hey, i have an idea." She blurted out, her eyes wide with excitment. He narrowed his gaze at her, waiting for her to say what's the idea. She was grinning as an idiot, she stood up and started pulling on his arms, her short hair swaying with the movement of her body, he gave her a confused look but followed her anyway, feeling safe with her. If any other doctor aproached him he would panic and start backing away but with her he felt like he had to feel safe with her, it's a thing he's been now for the past week and it's out of his control, she reminded him so much of her, her smile, her eyes, her laughter. Everything about Perrie reminded him of her.
