"Kyungsoo" He gasped out as he ran his thumb over the boy's bruised cheek. Pain flooded him watching Kyungsoo so helpless and in this state. He bend down to carry the boy bridal style. A groan escaped his mouth as his eyes tried to open but fail. How long had he been writhering in pain? Jongin thought. "J-Jongin?" He groaned out as the boy lifted him up. "Shh, it's alright Soo" he cood sweetly which made the boy close his eyes. Jongin gritted his teeth, whoever did this my Kyungie will pay, he thought as he carried the light, helpless boy to his car.

He got weird stares by some students who stayed back after school but he ignored them as he stared down at the helpless boy in front of him. He gentally placed the shorter in the passengers seat and closed the door. He got into his side of the car and sat in the drivers seat, leaning over Kyungsoo to buckle his seat belt.

Chanyeol and Baekhyun were doing their thing and Jongin didn't want to leave Kyungsoo alone in this state so he had no other option but to take him to his house. "Jongin" the shorter groaned, his head moving to the side to look at the driver but instantly hit with pain. He groaned. "Shhh Soo, just lay there, don't put yourself in more pain" Jongin said as he reached out and caressed his hair.

They soon arrived and luckily both his parents are at work so he won't have to face them. What he forgot about was his homophobic aunt and annoying cousin. He unbuckled Kyungsoo and held him bridal style towards his house. As he single handedly opened the door. He walked into his house and as he walked towards the staires, meeting his aunt on the way who gave him a weird and skeptical look. He was too worried for Kyungsoo to stop and let her judge so he straight out ignored her and went up the stairs, making sure the shorter didn't get more hurt than he already was.

Walking into his room, he gently placed Kyungsoo on his bed. "Soo I'm going to give you some medication, eat it then sleep, alright?" Jongin whispered to the boy laying on his bed. He didn't wait for a response before stepping out of the room. If this were to happen a couple weeks ago, Kyungsoo would refuse any sort of medication from the brunette, thinking what if he poisons me?!! The thought now made Kyungsoo laugh.

"Here" Jongin returned and helped Kyungsoo sit up. He placed a hand on Kyungsoo small delicate back to hold him up, sending warmth across the shorter's body. The light weight boy swallowed the medicine before groaned in pain. Jongin lowered him back down and once the boy was asleep, he started to treat his wounds. Slightly running his fingers over the boy's purplish cheek, feeling the delicacy of the boy's ghostly pale skin.

Seeing the bruising on his face made Jongin feel mixed emotions, guilty, angry and conflicted. I promised to not hurt you but failed, his negative thoughts were taking over his body. Soo, I'm sorry. Is it because of me you got hurt? Because of what I did to that asshole? If he was pissed at me, why take the anger out on you? Only if I was there you wouldn't be in this state... Jongin's thought kept getting worse by the second, filled with self blame as he stared down at the sleeping beauty.

For a second his heart stopped when the boy moved and groaned out of pain. How could someone still look so beautiful with these sort of blemishes covering their face? Jongin thought, staring down at the boy laying on his bed as the sunlight illuminated his features. There was pure concentration visible on his facial features as he looked down at Kyungsoo, taking in each and every feature of the fragile boy. Only now had Jongin realized how perfectly milky, pale and smooth his skin is, how flawlessly his hair sat on his head, smooth and silky, his defined heart shaped lips which were slightly parted as he slept, the cute button nose as well as the small structure of his face. Just looking at him made Jongin feel like the boy was so fragile, one poke and he could come crumbling down. He felt...blessed to be looking at such a beauty.
