Sally cut her off as fast as she could while tearing her face out of her hands. She strictly pointed her finger in Percy's face, and for once in her life Percy saw what other teenagers talk about at school. She saw the motherly rage and the hardened gaze that her mother never used.

"No! You listen to me Persephone Jackson! Don't you dare lie to me and sneak out the moment you can! You can't keep doing this to yourself! I want - no, need you to go back to your bedroom and get the required amount of sleep someone you'd age should!" She hollered angrily, with Percy cringing away since she wasn't used to seeing this side of her mother.

Percy's head hung low as she slowly processed and took in her mother's words. Unable to hide her bloodshot eyes away from her mother's gaze, she looked her mother in the eye then stormed out of the kitchen to her room.

As Percy stared at the blue ceiling in her room, her thoughts wandered freely. Why was she still getting nightmares? Nico's gotten over his nightmares. Annabeth's gotten rid of hers. So, why couldn't she?

She woke up every night cold and sweaty with a new shirt soaked. She couldn't help it, and she also couldn't help her screaming because of her nightmares. It's been four months since she got out of Tartarus. Four months of almost nonexistent sleep.

"I don't want to go back to sleep" she murmured hoarsely as her body gave away to exhaustion almost every night. Her mother didn't need to know about the nightmares. She's already caused her enough pain as it was to raise her and still love her.

She sighed as she finally couldn't stand trying to go back to sleep. A person might wonder, if Percy woke up screaming every night, why didn't Sally or Paul notice? , the answer is quite simple. Tyson. She had Tyson over at the apartment during an after-party for the defeat of Gaea. The party itself was held in Olympus, but everyone else -godly and half blood- came over to her house for the after-party. When nobody noticed, she had Tyson help make her bedroom soundproof so that nobody could hear her screams.

The only way she knew that she was going to scream was because it happened on the Argo II. .......... and it might've happened a couple times at camp.

She wasn't the only one effected from the war though. Many campers were. Some weren't sleeping well (guess who else?!?!), others would talk quietly because they found that louder than a murmur was too much. Other campers cut off talking completely, still shaken up about the fact that they had two wars in one year.

The other day, Percy walked into the Aphrodite cabin to find Piper staring at her blade for longer than necessary.

Shaking herself out of the memories of the war, Percy got out of bed and flipped on the lights, ignoring the fact that her mother might barge in any second. She flipped herself at the side of the bed so she can look under it to find her laptop. Leo, after getting beaten to a pulp by most campers when he came back, took from his own time and liberty to make monster proof. It want the device itself monster proof, it was a chip which we plug in that makes it monster proof. Cool, right?

There were two months till school began and she still didn't have a school to go to. Goode didn't work out with her. All that is going to be said is that she was in class when the teacher was starting to talk about Greek mythology. That's alright. However, she started to name monsters in class. One thing that teacher needs to know, especially when a demigod is present, names have power.

As she dug around under her bed, she finally found the bag that held her laptop and pulled it out. As she took out her laptop and flipped it open, she couldn't help smile as a picture of her and the seven fell out on top of it from the bag.
