Edd,Tord,Tom and Matt X Reader X Undertale: Determination-Part 3

The footsteps grew closer and closer with each sound of the foot meeting the snow and eventually stopped, but you knew the figure was right behind you. None of you had turned around yet to see the figure, but everything about him and his atmosphere seemed a bit off.

" H u m a n s .  D o n ' t  y o u  k n o w  h o w  t o  g r e e t  a  n e w  p a l ?  T u r n  a r o u n d  a n d  s h a k e  m y  h a n d . " The figure's voice says, gruffly.

You knew that no one was going to turn around, but everyone had looked at you to be the one to shake his hand. You didn't want to, but the way that Frisk was shaking, you knew you had to suck it up.

Brushing your (h/l) (h/c) hair out of your face, you turned around slowly and brought your hand up to shake his hand. Once he had gripped your hand, a loud farting noise rang through your ears, causing you, Edd, Matt and Frisk to burst out laughing and Tom and Tord to roll their eyes.

"hehehe....the old whoopee cushion in the hand trick. it's ALWAYS funny," Everyone turned around to see a small skeleton, a few inches taller than Frisk wearing a blue unzipped hoodie, exercise shorts and pink slippers. He had a large smile on his face and had his hands in his pockets.

"Yeah it is!" Edd exclaimed.

"anyways, you're all humans right?" Everyone nodded their heads. "that's hilarious. i'm sans. sans the skeleton. i'm actually supposed to be on watch for humans right now. but...y'know.....i don't really care about capturing anybody. now my brother, papyrus....he's a human-hunting FANATIC." You all glanced over to each other in worry, wondering how their journey would be tougher if they ran into him.

"hey, actually, i think that's him over there. i have an idea, go through this gate thingy. yeah go right through. my bro made the bars too wide to stop anybody."

You and the others go through the little bar bridge and are met with a large opening with a weirdly shaped lamp and a little wooden station.

"quickly, behind that conveniently-shaped lamp." Sans said, not wanting all of you to get caught by Papyrus.

Rushing to the weirdly shaped lamp, all of you fit perfectly behind it surprisingly. (A/N:Just imagine a much bigger and bumpier lamp than the one in the game) You all shushed each other to make sure everyone was quiet and no one got caught.

Sans stayed in the same spot while he watched the group of humans hurry over to the lamp that he had for some reason left out. He waited until he finally saw his younger yet taller brother come into view. He kept on the same grin that he always has and looked up to his brother.

"sup, bro?"

"YOU KNOW WHAT 'SUP' BROTHER! IT'S BEEN EIGHT DAYS AND YOU STILL HAVEN'T.....RECALIBRATED. YOUR. PUZZLES! YOU JUST HANG AROUND OUTSIDE YOUR STATION! WHAT ARE YOU EVEN DOING?!?" The tall skeleton scolded his brother.

"staring at this lamp. it's really cool. do you wanna look?" Sans asked his brother.

"NO!! I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THAT!! WHAT IF A HUMAN COMES THROUGH HERE!?! I WANT TO BE READY!!! I WILL BE THE ONE! I MUST BE THE ONE! I WILL CAPTURE A HUMAN! THEN, I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS....WILL GET ALL THE THINGS I UTTERLY DESERVE! RESPECT....RECOGNITION! I WILL FINALLY BE ABLE TO JOIN THE ROYAL GUARD! PEOPLE WILL ASK, TO BE, MY 'FRIEND'? I WILL BATHE IN A SHOWER OF KISSES EVERY MORNING!" Papyrus gloated.

"He sounds like fun." Matt whispered over to his friends. The rest of you rolled your eyes at Matt, you knew that those two would get along just well. Frisk just smiled and giggled a bit.

"hmm....maybe this lamp will help you." Sans told his brother, in a jokingly manner.

"SANS!! YOU ARE NOT HELPING!! YOU LAZY BONES!! ALL YOU DO IS SIT AND BOONDOGGLE! YOU GET LAZIER AND LAZIER EVERY DAY!!!"
