Agent Alaska: Ghost (Red vs Blue)

Chapter 12

"Stay safe. Alaska out." I sigh and set my comm down. What has Felix and Locus done now?

"Ghost, we need you down at the Docking Bay. Now." I hear Felix order from my comm.

I sigh as I get up ans put on my helmet. I headed to the Docking Bay where Locus and Felix were gathered around a small holo table.

"You guys called?" I ask.

"Miller didn't come back with his squad because he teleported to the Reds and Blues base with them. So we had the nearest team teleport over there and kill him." Locus explained. "He already gave away a lot of information to them. How many soldiers we have and one of our communication towers."

"Dang.." I say under my breath. "Did Control say anything?" 

Felix crosses his arms. "Yes, but I don't like it."

"You never like anything Control says unless its with money." I joked which makes Felix chuckle a bit. "You know me too well princess."

"Control told us to make a deal with them. A ride off the planet. If they don't arrive there at the appointed time, then they will be hunted and killed." Locus answers my question.

Beta comes out of hiding. "They found out how to disable to tracking device. I can't find them anymore."

"Beautiful. Just freaken beautiful people." Felix says frustrated.

"But I do have a plan." Beta says. 

"Do we want to trust a computer for this?" Felix groans.

"Hey watch who you talking to." I say defensively and he backs down.

Locus nods to Beta to say what her plan was.

Radio Jammer Station 1C

Felix, Locus, and I have been waiting at this Radio Station for about 45 minutes waiting to see what the Reds and Blues do.

"You know: I'm starting to doubt your A.I.'s plan." Felix says.  "Like for real now because time is almost up."

I roll my eyes. Felix has been complaining about how Beta's plan wouldn't work. Her plan was that we offer the ride off the planet deal but knowing them, they wouldn't take the deal due to their big hearts of saving people so they are going to come to the radio jammer. It's a good plan and I think it's a good way to get out of the Space Mercs. I already told Zander and I'm sure that he will be fine. I taught him everything I know so he can be able to communicate with us and relay information.

"Locus? How many men did you bring with you." Felix asks interrupting my thoughts of finally being free.

Locus replies. "Four. The rest were needed at the Capital."

"You don't say?" Felix looks at one of the soldiers..

That looks like Carolina.

She walks away like she was on patrol of the area. "Now do you believe in Beta?" I ask sweetly.

"Ok princess, you win." He laughs before shouting at her. "Excuse me?"

She turns around at looks at him.

"You look familiar. Have we met?" Felix gives me a nod and I shoot my sniper at her foot. Carolina quickly moves her foot but her armor color changes back to her normal aqua color.

"Squad to my position." I whisper through the comm.

"Ohh man, you are fast!" Felix exclaims. "Oh, but minus points on originality."

Carolina shoots her suppressor at him but he uses his hard-light shield to block it. The squad appears beside us with their guns raised.

"See what I mean?" Felix smirks.

I look over at Locus and privately comm him. "I'm going to go check the perimeter to see if I can find them."

Locus gives me a nod and I silently teleport away.. only to teleport in front of the Reds and Blues who all raised their guns at me besides Donut.

"Alaska you made it!" He quietly cheers before tackling me with a hug.

I quietly laugh. "Good to see you too Donut." I look at the rest of them. "All of you."

"Yea right. You tried to kill us last time we saw you." Tucker points out.

Church appears beside him. "Sure she did, but Carolina asked her to do that."

"Huh?" Grif says confused.

I look over at Donut and shook my hand three times and extended my fingers. He does the same gesture but put his hands as a peace sign. Scissors beats Paper.

"Long story short, Felix and Locus found her at Crashsite Alpha and brought her to the Space Merc HQ where she found Carolina who was undercover there. Carolina then made a big plan where Alaska goes undercover as 'Ghost' and try to gather as much information as she can no matter the cost which included 'betraying' us." Donut explains in under one minute.

"Wait how did- you know what nevermind." Simmons shakes his head. "Good to have you back Alaska."

"Thanks." I reply, smiling under my helmet. "I know that you want to destroy the tower so that you can communicate with the Capital. Some of your guns won't do any good against it but I do know where they keep a stash of the half alien half human weaponry. I can-"

An Assault Rifle goes off. Tucker yells at Caboose who yells back. 

"If you see the Reds and Blues: shoot on site." Locus comms me. "I have the soldiers looking for them."

"Roger that Locus. I'll keep my eye out." I reply.

"Who was that?" Sarge asked.

"It was Locus. He sending his men to our location." I explained. "I'm going to have to leave now and get the weapons ready."

Simmons looks at me confused. "How long does it take to get weapons ready?"

"These aren't normal guns Simmons. They have a weird set up."

"Enemy closing in." Beta warns us.

"You guys will be fine. I believe in you." I tell them.

"But that's what Wash said when he thought we were going to die!" Grif exclaimed.

"Well... I'm not Wash right?" I teleported before they could answer, to the stash of orange weapons and ammo.

I crack my knuckles. "Time to get to work."
