When Qing heard that Dayu and his cousin went for a drink, together. From the company receptionist, Qing went ballistic.
Him and the guys were at a radio station then, having a radio interview and they're on a five minutes break.
Qing took his phone out, he had it on silent mode, during the thirty minutes of their first phase of the radio interview. And he noticed that he had five missed calls and one message.
The missed calls were from Dayu. And the message was from him too. Qing smiled, good. He thought. It was always him who called and got to Dayu's operator. This time, Dayu could taste the feel of his own medicine. Qing had set Dayu's own ringtone on his phone, and when Dayu calls he would know it's him right away; and Dayu ever really had only ring once and Qing would answer in a heartbeat.
Qing excused himself, wanting to call Dayu back anyway. But, he decided to read Dayu's message first.
'I have called you. But you didn't pick up. Maybe you're still at the interview. My class was cancelled.. So, I'm going to the studio and have a discussion with the recording staff...'
Qing froze in an instant. Company? His cousin is there! Not good! The alarm rang loudly into Qing's ears. His gladness because he finally managed to give Dayu his own missed calls, turned to bitter regrets in seconds.
He quickly called Dayu, biting his lip, nervously waiting for Dayu to pick up.
"Hello.." Dayu's cheerful voice sounded a little too cheerful to Qing's ear.
"Where are you now?" Qing was already picturing them having a discussion together in the meeting room. Of course with their recording staff but...
"At the café." That's even worse! Qing began picturing Dayu and his cousin facing each other while talking. Then he saw Dayu's smile beguilingly at his cousin.
"What are you doing there?"
Dayu frowned, not liking the tone of Qing's voice. "Having a tea break..its already 9.30am..."
"I thought you said you came for the recording discussion?"
"I did...and we are half way through..." Dayu blinked, then realised that maybe Qing didn't like him being here, because of his cousin, "Qing. I've called you. And I've messaged you..."
"I hadn't replied..right?" Qing said through gritted teeth. Dayu was completely incredulous.
Then, Qing saw Qiushi motioned at him to come in. Their radio interview is about to resume.
"I'll talk to again..I have to go now." Qing really didn't want to carry on. All he wanted to do right then, was drove to the company and drag Dayu away from there.
"Okay.." Dayu bit his lip, "bye.." he said.
"Bye..." Qing said, and before he could say 'I Love You' Dayu had already ended the call.
Qing seethed inwardly, that little professor, I would deal with you tonight. Qing muttered under hia breath as he walked back into the radio studio, smiling widely.
Qiushi, Cai Zhao, Hiro and Aroon froze when they saw that fake smile on Qing's face. And beneath that very fake smile, lies a seething lion ready to roar and run amok.
What in the world had professor Feng JianYu done now? They felt really bad for the professor. They really pitied him, actually.
It seemed that Qing, since falling for the first time, with the professor, had really become very strange.
The professor couldn't even smile at a people without Qing giving him a glare. And then he'd give that person who receive the smile a glare.
They thought that Qing would be a possessive, jealous and a pain in the ass kind of a lover. They're wrong.
