As Long As You're Happy [EXO ONE-SHOT]

        It was another ordinary day for Min Ha Ra. Being picked on and bullied in school has been a routine in her life. She's the type to not defend herself because she thinks that she'll just get bullied more if she does. But there's always this one person to defend her every time she gets bullied.

"Hey freak! What are you still doing here?" Charyn, her classmate said. Ha Ra just stayed silent.

"Why aren't you answering me, huh?!" Charyn asked her while pulling her hair.

"Y-yah! Charyn! I-it hurts!" Ha Ra said trying to free herself from her classmate's grip.

"It hurts? It hurts? Answer me first!" Charyn now shouted at her.

"Ch-" Ha Ra got cut off when a familiar voice spoke.

"Charyn! Let go of Ha Ra's hair right now!" Sehun scolded her.

"O-oppa!" Charyn said, shocked.

"Let go, I said!" Sehun shouted.

"I wasn't doing anything, Oppa! I was just about to comb her hair. She –"

"Nice try, Charyn. I saw everything." Sehun said as he grabbed Ha Ra's arm.

"What will I ever do to you?" Sehun said, still tugging on Ha Ra's arm.

"I'm sorry." Ha Ra replied.

"That's the nth time you told me that." Sehun said in a matter-of-fact way.

"Sehun, you know I'm not the type to fight back." Ha Ra retorted. He just sighed.

            Since classes that day had ended, Sehun was thinking on bringing Ha Ra somewhere so she could 'unwind' from the day's stress. Sehun has always been the 'big brother type' towards Ha Ra. Even though Sehun is one of the famous guys in their school, he is still kind enough to befriend Ha Ra. They were walking in silence until Ha Ra broke it.

"Hunnie, where are we going?" Ha Ra asked while tilting her head.

"You'll find out later, Min." Sehun replied.

            After 10 minutes of walking, they stopped in front of a Bubble Tea Café. Ha Ra was wondering why Sehun brought her here when she wanted to go home. She was about to speak when Sehun beat her at it.

"We'll go home later. Let's enjoy first." Sehun said while showing his heart-melting eye smile. Ha Ra only nodded.

            When they went in the café, they could smell the sweet scent of different kinds of teas. Sehun leaded Ha Ra to a seat near the window because he knows how much she loves the view of the people walking in the streets.

"Hunnie, I'm sorry if you have to save me every time someone bullies me." Ha Ra apologized.

"It's fine. I'm use to saving you from those girls." Sehun said.

            The two enjoyed talking until someone approached them.

"Sehun! How's it been?" The unfamiliar voice spoke.

"Hyung! It's been awhile. I'm fine. How about you?" Sehun asked.

"Jolly as always." The boy replied with a chuckle revealing his adorable eye smile.

            The young boy glanced at Ha Ra then glanced back at Sehun while raising an eyebrow. Sehun got the message so he stood up and introduced Ha Ra to his Hyung.

"Min, this is my hyung. Byun Baekhyun." Sehun started. "Hyung this is Min Ha Ra, my... best friend." He added.

"It's nice to meet you, Min Ha Ra." Baekhyun said while sticking his hand out for Ha Ra to shake. Ha Ra did so.
