Liam was surprised at her answer, Andrea liked keeping things from Hazel and her mother. She made his life difficult at times because of this.

Kara turned her attention back to Liam as he entered the room. She gave him a soft smile and turned back to eating her food. Liam smirked at a smiling Hazel and winked at her.
After dinner, Kara watched as Liam said goodbye to Hazel when his ex wife Tracy arrived. Hazel whispered something in Liam's ear and he nodded back. Kara was surprised as Hazel pulled her to her mother, "This is Kara, the lady I told you about."
Kara turned her shocked eyes to Tracy's warm smile and hand shake, "Nice to meet you. Thank you for finding her that day at the office."
Kara smiled back, "Oh! You're welcome. She's a sweet kid."
Hazel jumped and pulled her into a hug, "Bye Kara.."
Kara hugged her back, "Bye Hazel. See you soon."
Liam pecked Tracy on the cheek and they left.
Kara's heart sank as she watched them leave, "Why is he doing this? Don't get attached!"
When Liam turned to Kara, his smile disappeared as he noticed her sad face, "What's wrong?"
Kara was trying to think of a way to ask him, but couldn't come up with one, "Why.. Why did you invite me over while Hazel was here?"
He pursed his lips and sighed, "I thought you would be hungry and she asked to see you again. Is there something wrong with that?"
She rolled her eyes as and ran her hands through her long hair while turning away, "Are you planing for this to go anywhere?"
Liam felt a slight stab to his pride, "This..? This what..?"
Kara growled as she faced him, "Being fuck buddies..!" She waited for a response, but none came, "I don't want Hazel to get hurt is all. For all I know you or I will end up with a new friend sooner or later." She looked down to hide her pain, "Or we just grow.. tired.. of each other." She then thought to herself, "Or one of us dies.."
Liam's heart began to feel guilt. He talked her into losing her virginity to him, while drunk. Told her it was not out of love, and yet she stood before him worried that she was going to end up hurting the most important person in his life. He cocked a questionable eyebrow and thought, "She couldn't be real.. Could she..?" He stepped to her and stroked her soft cheek, "Please look at me." Kara held back tears as she raised her eyes to him. He gently leaned in and kissed the corner of her mouth.
Kara pressed her eyes wanting more and was surprised when she felt his lips touch hers. Her mind screamed, "No! Stop it now! You'll hurt him in the end!" She cried as she wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him back for a moment then looked to him, "Why are you doing this?"
Liam's lustful eyes locked on to hers as he scooped her up, "I can't help it. You're a beautiful person, inside and out. I can't stand to treat you like a piece of meat."
Kara sighed as he gently sat her on the bed, she watched as he slipped off his shirt and crawled towards her. He leaned in and kissed her while he unbuttoned her blouse and unclasped her bra. She then laid back as she watched him ease her skirt and underwear off of her tiny frame. She blushed as he stared at her while removing the rest of his clothing. Liam smiled as he his face hovered over hers.
She wrinkled her brow with anticipation as she studied his face, "No love involved.. right..?"
He smirked as his thumb stroked between her legs, "Not love, but getting there."
Kara gasped as he eased into her. She was surprised that he was actually kissing her softly as he gently bucked into her. He moaned into her mouth as he parted her lips.
