Lauren's P.O.V

my eyes fluttered open as light blistered through the curtains, I lifted my head to see Anti, fast asleep wrapped around me. his arm was around my waist and his bare chest was seeing me warm. i looked down remembering what had occurred last night. I smiled to myself feeling that we were both still naked, I slipped out of his strong grip and pulled his black and green jumper over my body, I wore underwear and the jumper covered the most part of my thighs unless I lifted my arms them it came up to my belly button. i lifted my arms a couple of times stretching. i breathed in the coll air and snuck into the kitchen. i made bacon eggs toast two cups of coffee and cookies. i noticed as i walked around my back and sore and sweating a lot. i walked into the bathroom and removed antis jumper i spun and looked over my shoulder at the reflection. my back had two small lumps on my shoulder blade they were red and pulsing with pain. i covered my mouth on fear and ran into antis room putting on a bra painfully hitting one of the lumps of whimpered but quickly covered my mouth. i looked at anti he stared in his sleep but just rolled over. i breathed out in relief and got changed into my original clothing jeans and jumper. anti rustled into bed again sitting up and rubbing his eyes, I dashed out of the room. 'how am I gonna say this?'. . ." good morning anti I have something weird on my shoulder blade wtf is going on?"' I through the scenario over in my head and it ended in anti looking at me in disgust and throwing me into Dark's room. "morning beautiful." I heard a croaky voice say, he wrapped his arms around my waist I flinched out of his grip and spun around. "morning anti." I said fake smiling at him. "what's wrong lass?" anti asked perking an eyebrow "n-nothing. just you scared me that's all." I lied through my teeth it hurt as anti looked at me with an unconvinced smile. he sniffed the air and his eyes grew wide, "breakfast?!' he asked loudly looking at me with a huge grin. I couldn't help but smile "yes its bacon and eggs plus a cup of coffee." I said kissing his cheek walking to the bathroom "where are you doing?" he asked grabbing my arm tightly "i-I'm gonna have a shower before we go out today." I said tugging my arm out of his grip with a smirk my mind filled with the dirty thought of anti and I having "fun" in the shower. i snapped out of my thoughts quickly when anti nodded and turned on his heel towards the plate of the kitchen counter. i basically jogged a few steps to the bathroom opening the door, i saw another one of Dark's clothes boxes black with red ribbon. I turned a little piece of paper over on top of it and it read "something comfy for my kitten today xoxo" I smiled at his kind charms and opened the box pulling out a comfy skin tonnes bra, matching underwear, purple and black long-sleeved shirt, black beanie and denim shorts also with a pair of black sneakers. i sighed as i lay the clothes on the vanity and turned the water on, letting it warm up as i got undressed. i could feel my back pulsing still and the skin was becoming more and more sensitive. "Lauren. . .i-am here j-just weak. I-its dark he's drained me o-of my energy." i heard shadows shaky breath whisper inside my mind. I turned my gaze to my reflection to see my blue eyes were now purple and my teeth were fangs, "shadow rest but whats wrong with my back?" I asked to her scratching my now irritated skin "don't touch them!" she whisper-shouted I could hear her heavy breathing and practically feel it on the back of my neck "when you are r-ready they will form but for now. . ." she panted. i felt me shoulder blades relax and grind back into normal stance and the lumps disappeared. "thank you shadow." i said out loud i smiled at my reflection and quickly hopped into the shower. after i was clean and dry i got changed and brushed my hair and teeth, i opened the bathroom door to see anti steering off into space sitting on the bench. "Lauren, what type of dress do you want to wear for this ball?" anti asked turning his bright eyes to me I shrugged my shoulders " I dunno whatever I like I, guest?". anti nodded and hoped off the bench, "lets got going then." he smiled taking my hand and leading me out of the castle through the streets and shops.

Anti's P.O.V

my feet are so sore, we have been walking around since 8 am the dress shops have nothing so far she has looked good in all of them but something she doesn't like about them seats it off as a bad dress for her. I sat on the couch infant of the dressing room tapping my foot she had just tried on a sapphire blue knee-length dress decorated in jewels but we both agreed it was too big for her and not formal enough for darks expectations. we had gone to the dressmakers and got her measurement of her face, head, was it etc. but it wasn't for the ball it was for her throne gown she didn't know that, yet. I stared at my black sneaker it was pretty worn down and I have had to replace the shoelaces I don't know how many times, "ill get my self a pair of new sneakers when we have finished shopping for Lauren's dress." I thought to my self with a smile, I heard a curtain get pulled back and looked up to see Lauren.
