His Bite, Is Worse Than His Bark (Kaname X Zero)

"I love you so much Zero, its like whenever I'm near you, all my worries go away and its just us".
When he pulled away he kissed my cheek before walking over to his closet, I immediately picked up the blanket and covered myself up trying to stop myself from shaking and crying. I had then looked over at Kaname who had pulled out an outfit before laying it down on the bed.
"Zero come here please"
I hesitated and gripped the blanket while taking a small step back.
"Zero come here, I'm not gonna bite you.. Least not now. So you can either come over here or have me come get you, and your body is exposed enough to me".
He held a dark smile when he said that last part, so with shaking legs I slowly walked over to him and held my head down.

"Now my dear, this is for you"
He pointed to the outfit he took out on the bed.
"Please put it on, for we are going out tonight"
The outfit was not that bad, it had a red button up and black jeans with a coat.
"It may not be the most fancy and expensive clothing to wear, but I personally think that it suit you best, least for now".
I looked at the suit then at Kaname while forcing a small smile.
"Thank you Kaname, I really appreciate it, I'll be sure to put it on"
He smiled before pulling me close and kissing my lips.
"I'm glad that you do. I'll leave you to change, I'll be waiting downstairs for you when you're done".
He kissed me once more before letting go and leaving. He closed the door behind him and stood behind it for a few seconds before finally walking away. I had waited until I couldn't hear his footsteps anymore before falling to my knees and beginning to cry, letting out all of my emotions feeling all that pain just wash over and drown me in sorrow. I had stayed like that for a few minutes before wiping away my tears and sitting on the bed to get dressed.

Author's p.o.v

"My, how long does it take for him to get dressed"?
Kaname had asked himself as he waited for Zero downstairs. It had already been twenty minutes since Kaname had left Zero to change in his room and now he was beginning to grow impatient the longer he waited.
"That's it I'm going to get him"
Kaname had then finally had enough and turned to the stairs, to run up them and get Zero, but when he did, Zero was already walking down the stairs. Kaname had looked at Zero's body up and down, and just as he expected the outfit he wore suited him well.
"Oh my dear Zero, you look perfect as ever, I knew that outfit would suite you best".
Zero just kept his head down and continued to walk down the rest of the stairs but had stopped when Kaname had started inspecting him, little things like tightening his shirt and fixing his collar and adjusting his coat.
"There. Now, we should get going before it gets more late".
Kaname had wrapped his arm around Zero's back and began to guide him to the door.

The duo had walked out of the moon dorms and to the front gate of the school. All the while Kaname had kept his arm wrapped securely around Zero's waist, he then stopped when he and Zero had made it outside the school gates.
Zero was in awe almost when he lifted his head to see what was in front of them.
"Do you like it Zero? I took it out just for you"
In front of them was a midnight black sports car that had obviously belonged to Kaname, but Zero was in such a surprised state that he wasn't really thinking, for he'd never really seen anything so fancy.

Smiling to himself, Kaname then let go of Zero to open the car door for him.
"Please get in my love, the longer we wait the more we time waste"
Complying with Kaname, Zero got into car. When he was in Kaname closed the door and walked over to the drivers side and got in as well.
He started up the engine and began to drive away from the school.

Zero kept his eyes fixed on the road, just simply trying to enjoy the scenery that had passed by and the nice silence, least that wasn't until Kaname had grabbed Zero's hand. Alarmed by the sudden movement Zero had looked over at Kaname with worried eye's before deciding to speak up.

"Kaname, where are we going exactly"?

Looking over at Zero real quick, Kaname smiled and looked back at the road.
"We're going somewhere special, just for us"
Kaname slightly squeezed Zero's hand before bringing it up to his lips and kissing it. A silent but worried sigh had escaped Zero's lips as he then looked back out his window.
