" What if I won't be able to get over this? " Thunder said, breaking the silence. " What if I'm going to be as crazy as him? "

" You won't. Everything is okay now, " I said.

" I don't understand. Why does the feeling stay in me when I want to get rid of it so badly? " Thunder said. " It's like it's trapped inside of me forever. "
" It's because you have never let yourself forget about it completely, " I said. And by saying that, I got his attention.

" What do you mean? " he asked.

" You have always wanted to forget, you say it and maybe at times act on it. But, there's something stopping you, isn't there? " I said.

Thunder stared at me blankly, but he also had a hint of shock in his expression. But that look turned into a look of guilt, and he turned his head away from me.

" What's stopping you, Thunder? " I asked.

" I.. I don't know. I'm not sure, but.. I feel like I do know... " Thunder mumbled, still not meeting my eyes.

His tense body calmed, but it wasn't a good thing. He smiled oddly at himself. I stared at me in confusion.

" I told you, Quake, " he said. I still stared at him, waiting for what he had to say.

" I'm as crazy as the old man. "

Narrative P.O.V

It was time for the next challenge. The team made their way to the city rink once again. But they were very excited, neither were the twins.

" .... Are you sure Thunder can't come? " Leaf said, breaking the awkward silence.

" He can't. Quake said he isn't strong enough since he used his energy too much, " Kaizo said.

" Oh.... " Leaf said. He still felt bad for that. But then he felt a hand on his shoulder. He turned to the left and saw Solar next to him with a smile.

He smiled back at me, and kept his hopes high. They entered the rink to start the next challenge.

" Hm? Where's your leader, Masked El? " Gaga Naz teased, which made Fang, Kaizo, Sai, Shielda and the twins glare at them.

" He can't make it today, " Solar plainly replied.

" And your MVP as well? Too bad, " Kiki Ta said, smirking.

This got to the Fang and Kaizo's nerves. But Solar stopped them. " We don't talk about this here. Let's get into the challenge, " he said, being the leader since both Quake and Thunder weren't there.

" Okay then. Get into the rink, " Bora Ra said. Solar nodded. He turned to the twins.

" Don't think about just now. Just go for it, give it all you got, " he said. The twins nodded and went forward. Gaga Naz and Yoyo Oo went up as well.

" I'm sure we all know what this is, do we? " Bora Ra said slyly.

" of course. A Duo performance, " Ice said.

" Let's just start! " Blaze said, a little impatient than usual.

Bora Ra smirked. " Okay then. Let's start.... "

" Now! "

The performance was going on for a while. Both teams were equally good, but the twins seem a little out of it.

They're moves became more sloppy, they weren't dancing freely, they were forcing themselves.

Blaze had been keeping his anger and frustration in for a while. And he tried his best to keep it in. He really did.

He kept looking at the other team, how they did everything so easily. It frustrated him more. And he finally reached the limit.

" Argh! "

First suddenly bursted around his body, even his eyes, if possible. This startled everyone.

Ice fell on the ice. " Blaze! " he said. He wanted to get close to him, but the fire was too strong.

" Blaze! " their team called. They were worried out of their wits. Ice needed to stop his twin. He had no choice.

He grabbed onto Blaze's burning arms. He winced at the heat and the pain. He turned his hands to ice, which started to calm the fire.

" Blaze, " he said. " Calm your fire. You're scaring us all! "

Blaze looked into his twin's eyes, he saw the soothing icy blue irises. His tension lowered and his fire thawed.

He looked around the place, then back at Ice. " I'm so sorry.. " he said. Ice pulled him into a hug.

" It's alright. It's okay now, " he said. The rest of their team ran straight to them. Solar literally slid halfway to them.

" Aww.. How sweet... " they heard Kiki Ta said. They looked at the other team.

" Well, it's been fun, you winning and all, but what do you know, our first win in a while! " Yoyo Oo said.

" But.. " Blaze whispered. Ice rubbed his back and pulled him closer, signalling him not to say anything.

" Admit it, it's totally our win, " Kiki Ta said.

Masked Elements was silent. They didn't want to play cheat, but they didn't want to lose either.

" Fine, " Solar said, earning his team's attention. " This is your win. "

The Tengkotak team smirked. Gaga Naz and Yoyo Oo laughed in victory.

Masked Elements sighed. They turned their gaze to Blaze, who was being supported by Ice. He looked devastated.

" We lost because of me.... " Blaze said eye wide.
