After getting used to the barrage, ZaKriel got used to it and let his hand down. He looked at the two shape in silence. "All I want is to be with my other half."
Although there was no face, ZaKriel could feel that the two were feeling amused and appreciative at the same time but he doesn't understand why they would feel so.
Indeed, the Fate and Destiny were feeling amused and appreciative.
'ThE beIngs in thIs worLd is as uNique as alWays.' The fate whispered in Destiny's mind.
'tHis World is geNtle. It is oF no suRprises thaT this wOrld wouLd pROduce UNique beIngs.'
The Fate sighed. 'aAhhH. I miSs Cast.'
Destiny smiled, 'tiMe is of No mEaniNg to us bUt... The fasTer we fInish thiS, the fastEr we geT to See Cast.'
'As Cast sAid, tHere'S no Time liKE the preSeNt!'
They both chuckled. As for the main person in the topic...
Shivers running down her spine out of no where made Cast stop in the middle of the road, full of people, look left and right in alert with her eyes wide. After seeing nothing was out of place in the night market, even with her 'perception', did she let her guard down. She looked up in bemusement. What was that? I feel like something ominous is gonna happen.
Shrugging off the odd feeling of ominous, Cast went back to walking towards the main palace of Rikkizen country. Let's hurry up and fInish this early. There's no time like the present! She thought while jogging and then speeding up.
Even though the Fate and Destiny talked for quite a while, time did not pass by. They both concentrate at the boy who was actually 17 years old but looked around 15 with his heterochromia eyes of laser blue in his right while his left was light amber.
"Do yoU aGree, Qaitra ZaKriel?"
ZaKriel was silent. He thought of how he would have to leave his family but he also thought about meeting his other half.
"My family..." He stopped. Took a deep breath and continued. "Will I be able to meet them again?"
"If iT is in Your abiLity, yEs."
"My ability?" He mused. ZaKriel thought back to their words. From their words, they are the Fate and Destiny. An entity that is not the same as other beings. A price, although to them, may be small but to him, he is sure it would be big. Even so, he will take a risk. For his other half, he will do anything. That is the trait that was innate in the beings of his world. No matter the race or beings they would do everything for their other half. And because of this, he is sure that his family would understand.
ZaKriel looked up at them with determination in his eyes. "I agree."
The Fate and Destiny smiled. "Qatria ZaKriel, we, the Fate and DesTiny weLcoMes you intO our folD."
Bright light emerged from ZaKriel's chest and soon enveloped his whole being in warmth. He closed his eyes and left everything to the Fate and Destiny.
In the middle of the night, at one of the medium sized cottage, a series of calm knocks were heard.
Two older people woke up from their sleep and hurried downstairs while mumbling complaints of the night owl visitor. Opening the door, the nightly owl visitor was in actuality, their son, who travelled the world. Searching for a way to go to his soul mate's side.
"Son! You're back!" Faurel, a barrel of muscles of a man exclaimed while hugging the boy in his arms with his wife immediately pushing him to the side, roughly.
