*15 minutes later*
{Jacquees and the rest of his crew pull up outside of Tray's house}
Jacquees: So this is it huh
Issa: Yeah
Jacquees: Should we knock on the door?
Issa: Hell naw we gonna buss that hoe down
Jacquees: Alright come on
{ They all get out and walk up to the door, as they walk up Jacquees gets ready to get his girl back}
Issa: Kick the door down Bo
Boakie: Why me? Que you do it
Jacquees: Ok
{Without no hesitation Jacquees kicks the door down and the rest of his crew walk in with him}
Tray: What The Fuck?!
Jacquees: Where's my girl at?
Tray: Who's ya girl?
Jacquees: Nigga stop playing with me! Where is Naomi?!
Issa: Stop with all the bullshit , Where is she at?
Tray: I don't know where Naomi is, wasn't she staying with Denise fine ass?
Issa: Don't talk about my girl like that
Tray: Who Denise? Please *laughs* She's everybody's girl, I fucked her a couple of times
Issa: *punches Tray* Nigga fuck you! Que look for ya girl, we'll be down here making sure he don't leave
Jacquees: Ok
{Jacquees walks around the house screaming Naomi's name, then he goes upstairs to see a locked door}
Jacquees: *bangs on door* Naomi, Baby You In There?!!
Naomi: Que?!
Jacquees: Yeah Baby It's Me, Come And Open The Door!
Naomi: It's locked from the outside
Jacquees: Damn this need a key
Naomi: Just kick the door down
{Jacquees tries several times to break the door down, on the last attempt he finally breaks the door open, then he runs over to Naomi for a hug}
Jacquees: I missed you so much baby
Naomi: Tray killed Darius
Jacquees: I know Tray is downstairs
Naomi: You gotta kill him
Jacquees: I'm not him, I'm not capable of doing that besides, the police on they way anyways
Naomi: Oh ok
{A few minutes later the cops come and arrest Tray for kidnapping and for murder}
~A week later~
•The Courtroom•
Judge: Mr.Billingsley how may you testify for the murder of Darius Hixson and The Kidnapping of Naomi Marcell,
Tray: My Fiancé cheated sir, and I just showed her some discipline simple. As for murder, I don't recall of that happening.
Judge: Ms. Marcell is an eye witness and I also been told that you lied on the other case with Mr.Gill, and we have several people including nurses that said you confessed about that
Tray: I don't recall
Judge: We have a defendant who would like to testify. Taylor Stevens a nurse at Atlanta Hospital
Taylor: Hi I'm Taylor I work at the hospital, I've known Naomi for a few months through my sister Denise. When Naomi was at the hospital she told me that Tray framed his cousin Chris for something he did so he can go to jail
Judge: Is this true Ms.Marcell
Naomi: Yes it is
Taylor: also there are cameras in each hospital room so we recorded him confessing this to her
Judge: Do you have the tape
{Taylor nodded while handing the Bailiff the tape, they watched the video and it showed Trays encounter while he was at the hospital with Naomi}
Tray: *squints* That don't look like me, I have a hair cut right now, that man in the video got that fuckboy haircut
Judge: It's you Mr.Billingsley, we can see your face, thank you Ms.Stevens. Christopher Gill can you please come up here
Chris: Yes your honor*walks up*
Judge: Do you have anything to say about Mr.Billingsley?
Chris: He's delusional your honor, he honestly takes medicine for it but I can tell he ain't been taking it for a while now
Judge: I got his records up here and I can see that, lets take a 5 minute break and when we come back the jury will decide if Mr.Billingsley is guilty or not
