She furrowed her eyes brows in confusion "Cassidy?" The name sounded so foreign on her tongue.

"Cassidy" Jasmine repeated in a duh tone "My cousin"

"What's her full name?"

"Cassidy Marie Brookes"  Melanie's jaw dropped, as a light switch went off in her head. Cassie was Cassidy. Cassidy was Cassie. Cassidy never left, She was here all along. Melanie finally found the missing puzzle piece "Why do you look so shocked?" Jasmine asked Melanie, a long time friend of hers.

"It all makes sense now" Melanie whispered."Cassidy is Cassie"

Jasmine couldn't help but to wonder if Melanie was just straight out stupid or just really slow in the morning "Of course she is"

"You dont understand. Cassidy has been passing herself off as this new kid Cassie. Last time we saw, she didnt look nothing like she did now, so no one recognized her"

"So you're telling me... no one knows that, that's Cassidy"

Mel shook her head no "Everyone think shes moved, when in reality shes been here the entire time"

"This just got a whole lot easier" Jasmine smirked.

"Jacob where are you?" Dainela asked worried, on the other line of the phone. She closed her eyes for a split second and Jacob just disappeared.

"I'm fine" He assured her "I just stepped out to go buy some groceries"

"Why didn't you tell me?"

"You we're sound asleep, I didn't want to disturb you. Besides I'll be home shortly"

"Okay well hurry back"

"Will do"

"I love you"

Jacob hesitated for a moment "I love you too" And quickly hung up the phone and tossed it to the passengers side of his car.

Jacob couldn't deny that he wasn't in love with Dainela anymore. How could he be? She broke his heart, she cheated on him, and she was having another guys baby. But Jacob couldn't bring himself around to tell her that, especially not now when she needed him more than ever. Jacob could never forgive her, but he would never forgive himself if he turned his back on her now.

Jacob took the key out of ignition and placed it in his pocket, before shortly stepping out of the car. Jacob wasn't  at a grocery store, in fact he was pretty far from one. He lied to Dainela only cause she would be livid if she found out he went to her school campus behind her back. But Jacob had to. He had to find Chris.

"Excuse me?" Jacob said, in more of a question form, as he approached a group of guys, who looked just a few years older than him.

The group consisted of four guys each of them taller and much stronger than Jacob, easily intimidating him but Jacob wouldn't let it show. They all looked down at Jacob for a moment "Yea" One of the guys finally spoke up.

"Do you guys know a guy named Chris?"

"Chris what?" Another guy asked.

"You're gonna have to be specific, there's a lot of Chris's here" A third chimed in.

Sadly, Jacob only knew the guys first name. Dainela had not said much about the guy  but Jacob did remember what he looked like from there five second encounter the day they crossed paths "He's about six foot, one shade darker than me, big ears, brown eyes-" Jacob closed his eyes and tried to imagine the guy "He has a tattoo on his arm of I think a tiger on his right arm"
