Chapter 1: Friends...?

Davin: Me too

<both staring at me with the "say something eyes">

Me: What?, I don't wanna be making false promises here

<They stared even deeper>

Me: Aggh, fine I'm here too

He said thanks or some shit like that I can't remember, The bell rang so we had to get going.

Me: Well see ya'll for lunch in the cafeteria

they both said bye.

HOURS LATER

It was Taco Tuesday in the cafeteria, and we took a salad on the side with juice. For some reason soda is blown out of proportion the price that is, and that literally forces us to buy juice, such a drag.

<as we sat down>

Me: So guys are you busy after school so we can hangout?

Davin: Nah, I got programming club sorry dude

Daisy: I'm busy too I gotta go for piano lessons, dad's making me *she says with an exasperated tone*

Me: No problem, Ill just live or some shit.

I quickly finished my lunch and just got up and left. It might have been dramatic but I have feelings to you know, even though I might be I don't care-y guy, doesn't mean I don't care, that's ironic though.

Davin: *in an awkward tone*: See you at electives?

ohh yea that. Aggh, I didnt look back nor replied... I just went for the next class. As I sat for English II, I just wondered how it was gonna be at electives and I felt bad for leaving just like that, agghh I hate feelings. I just have to apologize when I get there.

<At Electives>

it was awkward as hell and the atmosphere was thick. I was just seating and thinking how I'm gonna get out of here even though I said I was gonna apologize I just couldn't come to it, after school couldn't come sooner and I was seriously tense. Then suddenly, his voice broke me out of my train of thought

Davin: I'll cancel my plans and then we can hang out like the good ol' times, how about that?

Me: You don't have to do that for me, I just need to clear my head a bit, no worries

<They still had a worried expression on their faces>

I rose my hand up

Me: Mr. Buckley may I be excused?

Mr. Buckley: Yes Mr. Black

I ran out the class then I snuck out of school since there was like 20minutes left I'm not sure anyone will mind. I ran home, was too angry and left my car in school. Next thing I headed into my room then I hit the showers and let it all pour on me, when I was done with that I took a nap.

HOURS LATER

Twenty one hundred struck and I was awaken with the dry dessert I called a tongue, I was so thirsty I could drink a river. And of course the next thing I did was to check my phone for any new better things. I was amazed with what I saw next, my phone was blowing off. As I was walking downstairs to the kitchen I checked the messages.

Ohk, I will drop out of my honor roll classes
I can sneak out right now and we'll meet at the movies with Daisy?
Dude just answer

Daisy

Are you there?
I hope your not ignoring me
Do you want me to ask my dad to quit piano lessons?
Davin and I planned to go to the movies with you rn, whatcha say?

I just left their message on read coz I'm not in the mood to deal with all this shit, it's tomorrow's problem I just need to take painkillers after that message I got, I have a killer headache and don't have time for drama right now. I just need to sleep and forget about today. All I could do was to worry about my friends...?
