"It's fine... it was working. She has these goals and passions for college, and I'm just holding her back. Maybe we'll come back in the future, maybe not. Time will tell... im just glad I have my son. That's all that really matters..." he frowns.
"Wise words for now seventeen year old Matt" I chuckle and he playfully roll his eyes.
"You good?" I ask.
"Yea... yea I'm fine" he gulps.
"Wanna go for that drink?" I say.
"YES!' he jumps up and I laugh.
We rush to the room where everyone is. "Drinks!"
"I'm gonna stay home with Rayna" Athena says.
"You sure? I can watch her?" mom walks in the mom.
"Hey mom" I smile.
"Hey baby!" she chuckles.
"You don't have to" Athena shakes her head.
"I want to! Go have a fun night! You haven't had one since Rayna was born! And that was three weeks ago" mom laughs.
Athena and I look at each other and I smirk. "Okay... thank you" Athena smiles.
We all walk out of the hour and get into our cars, speeding off.
I hold Athenas hand with my free one. "She's gonna be okay!"
"I know i know, just those things about a mother leaving her baby are true" she says.
"Hey! I miss her already too" I grunt.
"I love you do baby" she chuckles and rubs the back of my hand with her thumb. "You love her lots, I know that! You're always with her!"
I smile.
We talk and laugh for about ten minutes before arriving at the bar.
of course, we have fake IDs.
We get in easily and get drunk like a mother fucker!
"Hey!" Matt calls out and we turn to see him with a girl, making us smirk. "GONNA FUCK THIS HOE! BE RIGHT BACK!" he dances and we nod before he walks off.
"Heyyyy" I turn to Athena.
"We can't have sex yettt" she trails off.

"This is fucking crazy! Mom is gonna get pisssssssed at me" Gabe laughs, drinking another shot.
I laugh and take another one.

"Me too" I stand up, tripping on my feet. "What about Matt?"

"Touché" I take her hand and lead her outside.

I had dad pick me up.
"How's she doing?" my close to sober self asks. Rayna reflex smiles, making me smile. "Hi baby!!"

I walk up to Rayna as she swings in her bassinet. "Sorry daddy smells like shit, I'll be sure to take a much needed shower and teeth brushing" I laugh.
"Speaking of that, wanna take a shower while she's quiet?" Athena asks.
I nod. "Yea sure, you guys don't min-"
"No" mom smiles.
I smile and Athena and I walk to the bathroom.
We strip of our clothes and hop in the shower. "I" she kisses me "love" kiss "you" kiss.
I laugh and rub shampoo into her hair. "I love you too. You're no where near to sober like me" I laugh.
"Nope!" she laughs and dances around.
"Baby!" I wrap my arms around her. "You're gonna fall"
"Haha" she puts shampoo in my wet hair and scrubs it in. "I love your fluffy hair! It's so... fuckable" she winks.
"Okay you're really drunk" I laugh.
"Hahaha yeaaaa" she washes my hair out.
"I can do this myself" I chuckle and she shrugs.
We continue showering and get out, wrapping a towel around our naked bodies and going into our room.
I quickly put clothes on and walk out to the living room to my daughter. "Raynaaaa" I sing and she turns to me. "Hi pretty girl!" I pick her up and hold her.
"Well, we're gonna head to bed" dad says and I nod.
"Night guys" I say.
"Night" they say before walking into their room.
I walk into Athena's and I's room. "Hey Rayna!" Athena smiles and walks over. "How's my little girl?!"
Rayna holds onto my finger, making me smile. "God I love you" I kiss her forehead and she reflex smiles. "You're gonna grow up to be one awesome girl! Just wait!"
"Gonna be a daddy's girl forever!" Athena laughs.
"Haha I know it!" I kiss Raynas cheek.
She closes her eyes, making me frown. "Looks like somebody's tired" Athena chuckles. "You can put her down" she smiles.
i smile widely and walk to the nurses, placing Rayna down in the crib. "I love you, Rayna. Goodnight" I smile and place a kiss on her forehead before walking out. "I'm going to bed, i'm fucking exhausted"
Athena laughs. "Me too"
I jump onto the bed and pull the covers over once Athena gets in bed. "I love you" I peck her lips and pull her into my chest.
