LIZA POV

"Hey babe, I'm sorry I'm late, Tessa really wasted my time" I said with a pleading face knowing I was late for dinner.
"It's alright since you two have not seen each other for a very long time. How did the meeting go, hope you both cleared your misunderstandings" Liam said while hugging me
"It went really well I will tell you everything in details later"I said kicking my shoes off.
"Where is Dave I haven't seen him"I said looking around
"He is asleep, he had a fever, don't panic it is nothing serious"He said knowing I will panic.
"I will go and check on him but you should have called me"I said picking my shoes up.
"I didn't want to ruin your day with Tess" He said while helping me to pick up my bag.
" You know you could have come along after all she is our best friend "I said
" I had a lot to do today you should understand "Liam said
"I understand, just saying "I said walking up the stairs.
"Well I noticed something today,she didn't feel comfortable talking about you I mean Tessa, did u guys probably got into a fight when I left for Korea? "I said stopping for a moment to face him.
"Of cause no we didn't fight "he said too quickly for my liking but I choose to ignore it, so I just nodded and continue to go up the stairs to see Dave.

LIAM POV

I was scared she was going to ask more question, I can't possibly tell her want I and Tess had, it is going to destroy our relationship.
I walked towards Dave's room to check on them, after making sure everything was alright I went to I and Liza's room, I went into the dressing room to put on my pj, as i was putting on my pj shirt Liza walked in, she wrapped her hands around my waist.
"I'm so happy I met Tessa today, I can't wait for Dave to meet his godmother "she said sounding very happy, I am happy she is happy but I'm worried she will find out what really made Tess to leave eight years ago.
"Babe I will go and take a shower, I will give you a full gist when I'm through"she said with excitement. Do I really want to hear anything about Tess after our last encounter?
I lived next to Tess's house and although I was a year older than her, she was eight and I was nine years old I wanted to be her friend, we started playing together, we went shopping for our mothers at the local mall and we became close as weeks went by. My parents moved in during summer holiday, so we already built our friendship before school resumption, my mom wanted me to go to a different school but I refused to go to a different school so i ended up attending Dunamic school with Tessa.
Two days after we resumed, Tessa brought along a girl to my class, she introduced her as Elizabeth, she said they have been friends since they were using diapers, that she went to visit her grandparents at Korea during summer holiday which is why I don't know her and I liked her immediately. The three of us became inseparable although my friendship with Liza was not approved by her parent because I was from a middle class family, I always wonder how she and Tessa's friendship was approved because Tessa was also from a middle class family and Liza's parent own one of the biggest shoe and bag company in America therefore she was from a rich family, I also wondered why she was not going to an expensive school like her brothers but later discovered she begged and didn't eat for a whole day to go to the same school as Tessa, which she succeeded in.
Ever since I turned 16 years I realized I have always had a special feeling for Liza, we just entered into high school and I knew she had a crush on me then and I planed to ask her to be my girlfriend until I sort of got myself dating a cheerleader named Anita who is known to be the witch of Dynamic High school, due to peer influence as I was the school soccer ball champion, but not for once did Liza get out of my head. I used Anita to satisfy myself sexually and dumped her a year later.
I discovered Tess was trying to play a matchmaker for I and Liza, so I decided to seize the opportunity to use Tess to get Liz, not knowing I was stepping into trouble.
I never realize Tess had feelings for me until one faithful night during she and liza graduation after party at their class mate house whose parent was at England I was in my fresher year at WSU, Liza had to go home quickly due to some family emergency which ruin my plan of asking her to be my girlfriend that night, I was so pissed off and I kept drinking, Tess came and asked for a drink and before we knew it we were drunk and I ended up taking Tess virginity and the next morning was the worst morning I've ever had.

FLASHBACK

I felt a terrible headache as I opened my eyes when I felt the sun heat up my body, this room does not look like my room just immediately I started having flash back on yesterday's event. Liza's family emergency, my drunken state, Tess.... Oh shit holy shit, what have I done.
"Theresa! Theresa!! Hey wake up!!! "I said quickly and half shouting. Tess stirred and rolls to her side, she slowly opened her eyes immediately she realize where she was she jolted up,my eyes almost pop out when I saw the little stain of blood on the sheet, oh my God!! don't fucking tell me I just disvirigin a girl and Tess of all people, MY FUCKING BEST FRIEND oh no! oh no!!
"Look I'm really sorry... Oh shit... I really don't know what to say.... I don't know how it happened...shit... I was drunk....it was a mistake... I'm really sorry "I'm short of words, I don't know what to say.
" No it is not a mistake.... I.... actually liked it... "Tess said a little embarrassed.
"What... what are you trying to say"I Said confused , what the fuck is she saying
"Can't you see that I love you Liam, I have always loved you... "
"What the fuck are u saying that you love me what about Liza, I thought you are her best friend, I thought you want I and Liza to be together "I said confused .
"I only pretended to be a matchmaker because I wanted to be a best friend!!! "She yelled, "I wanted to give up the person I love for my best friend "she said calmly has tears dropped from her eyes.
I felt so confused, I don't know what to say why didn't she tell me all this while, why?
"Why......... Didn't you tell me all this while? "I asked
"Because I knew you love her "she said as more tears spilled from her eyes again.
"Did you plan all this I mean... hmm... me and you... u know"I said
"No!! no... I didn't but I'm glad it happened "she said with a smile.
"But you know I don't love you, I only love Liza"I said wanting to make her understand.
"We can workout Liam, as time goes by you will learn to love me too, pls just give us a chance"she said trying to move closer to me, I felt irritated by her touch and I unconsciously jerk back like I was bitten by something.
"Look I love Liza and only her and I can never ever love any body but her, DO YOU UNDERSTAND"I said stressing my last sentence. I left the bedroom in a rush and as I close the door I heard her cry.
