"Bridgette." Derek emerges from the closet fully clothed to my disappointment. "I'm stepping out," He take three large strides over to me, and kisses my cheek. His hands finding my hip, and his forehead leans down on mine. "I'll be back in the morning."
"Do you have to go?" My arms wrap around his torso, resting my forehead against his chest
"I don't leave unless I have too." He pushes his lips to my head, "You know that."
I roll my eyes, breathing him in. "Stay."
He let out a desperate sigh, "I'll call you a million times." He lifts my chin, connecting out eyes. "Okay?"
Okay?
Okay?!
Let me get something straight.
Who remembers that song Carly Ray Jepsen sang? 'Call me Maybe'
Everyone?
Good!
Now can everyone agree that asking someone, anyone for there number a fucking nightmare since that bitch threw that fucking wish in the flipping well. I mean you can't tell someone to call you without spontaneously remembering that song!
Now, 'Okay.'
That 'okay' will 'always' be connected to Hazel-fucking-Grace and that sexy fucking -, I mean Augustus Waters. I don't want to ruin the movie/book but the one who talks about death like normal people breath (low blow I know.) doesn't die.
Why?
Do I look like John Greene to you?
But if I had to guess why from my experience reading John Greenes work, I'd guess its because he take pleasure in making his readers fall in love with a character then goes "MUHAHAHAHAHAH I'll kill you!" Like that little puppet skeleton dude with that Dunham guy...
That's my educated guess.
Anyway.
I've totally forgotten the point of this mental dialogue age fight...
Oh yeah!
So before I answer the 'okay' with an 'okay' do not, I repeat DO NOT say "OMFG a reference to the 'Faults in our Stars' "
Because all I've said was. No all I've answer is, 'Okay'
Okay?
Okay.
...Well fuck...
Just... Just don't do it to yourself.
"Okay?" Derek asks again kissing the tip of my nose.
I nod, "Okay."
I'm watching you!
He smiles, "See you later?"
I nod, "Laters."
His lips descend on my own, "I love you."
I smile, "I love you too."
Well, Derek being him, and knowing that I hated it, he adds, "I love you more."
I slam my hand on his chest, pushing him away. "We do not do that in this relationship! Do I make myself clear?" I poke his chest. "Crystal clear?"
He chuckles and kisses the tip of my nose, and grabs his things.
"Laters Princess." He laughs opening the door.
"Later Corday." I stick my tongue at him as he closes the door.
I stand for a second, putting my option on what to do for today's events.
