”cause I don’t like you and I don’t want to talk to you”
”you don’t have to if you stop following me!”
”ugh, I hope you have a horrible day” I said harshly and started to walk away.
”nice meeting you again” he replied sarcastically as I walked faster away from his stupidity and closer to the cash register.
-
As I walked home I kept dreading taking that path to the cash register, if I didn’t I would not have met stupid bike boy again, he was quite mean, Josh likes me, that’s why he and I are together, just beacuse -
wait! I don’t even know this guys name, why should I have to worry and stress about his opinion of me, he dislikes me and I dislike him, end of story, I just hope I never have to face him ever again.
As I got closer to home I thought about asking Josh whether or not something bothers him about me, so I can fix it, but Josh never complained about anything so I’m sure he thinks I’m great, then I laughed at myself for a second, I didn’t even think I was near to being great, let alone have someone think that.

Austin made the table while mum put the finishing touches to her food, it smelled so delicious and I was so hungry, my stomach kept making weird noises that everyone could hear. Mum made me wear a skirt and a top that I really didn’t want to wear just for dinner at our own home but she said she wanted us to look nice. What was the point anyway?! there was no point other than to please other human beings.
At 6 sharp the door bell rang and my heart skipped a beat.
”oh I so don’t want this” I muttered from under my breath as I walked to the door.
Austin heared me.
”this ain’t fun for me either you know. look at what mum made me wear” he complained.
It was funny actually, Austin was always the kid with the messed up, well… everything, he was untidy, dirty and did not give a care in the world on what he wore, yet today he was wearing a plaid buttoned up shirt and jeans instead of his usual sweat shirt and pajama pants. He looked like a gentleman and he seemed to hate every minute of it.
Dad went for the door and opened it. In came Harry’s parents but Harry was not there.
My parent’s welcomed them in and they shoock my hand, it was always weird when people did that cause it felt like I was a grown up and they were treating me like one, I guess it was good but I’m still not 100% used to it so I always feel quite ackward when it happens.
”where’s Harry?” mum asked.
”sorry Andrea but he won’t join tonight, I hope it’s okay”
”that’s okay”
”He said he had a really big headache but I think it was all just an excuse, he’s not very good around people”
”I remember him as a fine young boy”
”oh, he’s changed Andrea, you have no idea, he’s driving me crazy”
”maybe he should hang out with my Taylor sometime, she’s grown up to be a fine young lady”
fine young lady? oh gosh, what was my mum even saying?! I wanted to bursts out laughing.

Dinner was boring, it even got to a point so boring that I could assure you Austin was the most interesting person there. It lasted a lifetime and I wasn’t even anywere interested in contributing to the conversation.
