You're The Reason

Chapter 5

Today is a new day and I haven't been seeing as much of Lisa as I used to before.

I wonder what happened with Jisoo the other night that's keeping Lisa so distant.

"I see that you're awake." Lisa said.

I glared at her and wanted to just pin her against the wall but just couldn't.

"Why have you been ignoring me?" I asked.

"You think I'm ignoring you? Rosé i am not ignoring you." Lisa said.

"You sure?! Because it seems to feel like you are!" I yelled.

Lisa looked rather shocked and I walked on passed her.

"I'm sorry.." Lisa whispered.

"If only I can tell you what happened last night but you would be even more angry with me than right now." Lisa said.

"What's that supposed to mean?" I asked.

"This is goodbye Rosé." Lisa said.

Then she left just like that and was erased from my life.

I know something is making Lisa act like this towards me.

But if only I knew what is causing this between us.

"Rosé is everything alright?" Jennie asked.

"I talked to Lisa after all these days." I said.

"That's great." Jennie said.

"No it's not." I said.

"What do you mean?" Jennie asked.

"Lisa doesn't want to see me again. I think that she's with Jisoo and doesn't want me to know about it." I said.

I felt like I was getting weak without Lisa by my side.

I shouldn't be jealous of Jisoo but if she's the one that is causing this then I must have a word with her tonight.

"Did she tell you?" Jennie asked.

"No she didn't say nor gave a hint." I said.

"Then maybe she's happy with the person that she loves. And I think that maybe you should just move on." Jennie said.

"What are you suggesting?" I asked.

"What I'm suggesting is that if you really love Lisa then you will be willing to let her be happy." Jennie said.

"And how can I possibly do that?" I asked.

"Because I don't want you to feel hurt again." Jennie said.

I was shocked and didn't know what else to say.

Does Jennie have feelings for me?

Is that why she's so caring all of a sudden?

"I love her Jennie." I said.

"I know but I think that there's someone who is close to you that really loves you too." Jennie said.

"Who?" I asked.

"Me." Jennie said.

I stared into her eyes and felt myself leaning in.

I closed the distance between us and kissed her passionately.

I've never felt like this in a long time since Lisa happened and now I can finally experience it.
