Chapter 4- A Crack In The Heart

"Mmmm Mmmm!" Sachi adjusts her glasses. "Nico! Stay in that pose!" Sachi is now taking pictures with her phone -____- "Perfect! So cute! Kyaaa~ I wonder if I can print these?!"

"Huh." I.. I'm gonna pretend I didn't hear that.

*Exhale*

The sakura trees are truly beautiful. I don't get why no one comes here. I mean.. behind the school it may seem fishy and all, but the sakura trees here, the benches, and big rocks we can sit on- What more does it need to attract students? Well.. The student count here in Otonokizaka is kinda low..

Also there's a park very close by and it's a lot more pretty, but I enjoy the small things as well. I think it's a lot better to stay at a more calm place with your friends.

"Alright girls I have the bottle cap!" Sachi... why?! How did you find it? I'd thought she buried it elsewhere! How did she remember?! "The one who loses has to buy us all some juice or water.. anything under $1.50!"

"I'm in!" Wakako is fired up. Why is she fired up?!

"Whatever." Machiko?! Well.. I think she wants to join in just to get her sister or something.

"I-I'll join.." M-Mizuko.. If she's joining then I guess the leader can't be outdone by the shy girl in the group!

I stomp my feet. Grip my fist!

"I'll join!" And I'll win!"

"And that'll be $4." The cashier smiles at me.

"O-oh." I watch my own hands give the cashier $4. It.. pains me, but I lost. Fair and square-

"Thank you!" The whole group shows me their gratitude.. and relief sigh of not losing! I swear the next time we play- I will not lose-

Oh.. this is some good juice.

"Well? What do we do first as a group?" Wakako eats her granola bar. That's her prize for winning and the other girls just bought juice. Apple, orange, grape- I don't know what juice they bought. I was just... listening to my own defeat ;-;

Although Wakako does have a good question. I want us to spend some quality time together. I think the best place we can all enjoy is probably the arcade, but I feel like the Kato sisters aren't too fond with this day in age.

And Mizuko... I don't know. I feel like she plays video games, but.. It's something cute and nice. Something like animal crossing or.. I don't even know. Hmmm.. maybe Mizuko played some arcade dance games or even vocal games. I'm sure she has! She doesn't look like the type, but is low key the type to.. I'm losing train of thought.

"Well, Nico. You brought us out here for a reason. What's our first stop?" For once Sachi isn't too creepy this time. I felt like she's talking to me kinda.. normally. Every time Sachi talks to me.. Her nose bleeds, she blushes and has this weird look in her eyes, and.. I feel like if I ever get kidnapped- Sachi would be the girl to kidnap me -______-

"Well.. I was thinking about going to the arcade-"

"No! NO!" Machiko doesn't look so happy. "I mean... Umm- well.."

"Machiko basically singly handily destroyed one of the machines there. Punching the.. At this point I would cal it a monitor, but whatever. Long story short Machiko can never go back to the arcade. I'm sure you're about to take us to the one and only arcade here in Akiba." Wakako has no shame on exposing her sister like this.

"I-it's not my fault the machine broke. It couldn't handle a punch."

"Yea yea Machiko. The machine couldn't handle that punch of yours." Wakako sighs "Any other ideas or was the arcade the only idea?"
