"I did!" She responded, excitedly, "I'm Jenny!" She said, holding out her hand. Emily gratefully, shook her hand.
Emily then turned, pulling the back of her shirt towards the front, seeing multiple black and yellow smears from the chalkboard. "No!" She whined, upset with the outcome of the accident.
Jenny had an apologetic smile, "I'm sorry! I have some water," she said, pulling out a travel mug. "Let's get that out," she hummed, turning Emily around before she could offer another solution. Jenny gently poured the liquid out onto the back of Emily's shirt, a dark red liquid soaking into the white material. "Oh no."
"What?" Emily snapped, turning to peak at the shirt getting a glimpse of red stains. She let out a small cry of shock and discomfort as the wet shirt stuck to her back.
"I forgot I had a sports drink in here," Jenny sighed, apologetically. "Sorry!"
Emily just stared at the girl in disbelief, unaware how she could be so clueless. Instead of chewing her out like she would have any other person, Emily shoved all her frustrations down, knowing the boys were friends with this girl.
"I see you have a trombone," Emily politely pointed out, seeing the brass instrument in a pile with her belongings.
Jenny, eagerly pulled it out, "Wanna hear?" She screamed, beginning to play something horrid. She soon as she play the first "note," she closed her eyes, spinning around, smacking Gustavo in the side, sending him down.
"Woah!" Emily shouted, causing Jenny to turn again, throwing Kelly down next. "Jenny, hey," Emily tried to coax, while cautiously standing back.
A chorus of worried cries ran down the hallway as the boys ran down, trying to get Jenny to stop, as if they knew what had already happened.
Emily turned at the sound of them, turned back to Jenny, having taking her eyes off, and saw the girl had moved closer to her in the time, spinning in excitement to show the boys, the harsh metal smacking Emily in the face. The girl flew to the ground immediately, holding her cheek in pain.
"Ow!" She screamed, becoming more than frustrated. Emily sat up to see Jenny smiling at the boys.
"But it's time for the big finale!"
Emily screamed, ducking her head into the legs, going into a protective position as if a tornado was blowing through the city.
Hearing screaming, a crash, and a the sound of electricity sparking, she couldn't help but to look up and see Jenny had broken the AC panel.
"It's starting," James mumbled, fearfully.
Emily climbed to her feet, as Gustavo screamed, holding up a baseball bat in rage. Kelly held him back as Jenny anxiously apologized.
"Sorry. People say I'm a little accident prone."
"Get this out of here before it destroys the rest of my studio!" Gustavo yelled.
"Jenny, come on. Let's go make your dreams come true," Carlos told her.
"You guys are the best," Jenny gushed, stepping in for a hug, but the boys screamed in fear, backing up.
"Stop it," Kendall said, as Jenny gave up, walking out of the studio with Carlos, while the guys grabbed her bags. Emily turned, facing her boss.
"I'm taking the day off," she told him, giving no room for negotiation, turning back to follow the boys out.
"What happened to your shirt?" Logan asked.
"Your friend poured this sticky drink down my back thinking it was water," Emily grumbled, walking out in discomfort and slightly chilly.
