My favorite patient part 2

Flaca starts holding the small girl in her arms and slowly rocking back and forth with her to calm her down

"if they don't stay then be glad, that means they're scared to commit to one beautiful person like your mama, it better that she's alone then getting cheated on isn't it? besides honey, you're helping her so much, you don't even know, the fact that even if she feels alone she knows she has you? that must mean the world to her"

Flaca says pulling away from their embrace and cupping the little girl's wet cheeks

"so since you're not crazy, you'll take a chance on her?"

Juliana asks looking at the tall girl with puppy eyes, Flaca's eyebrows furrow feeling sad and as if she wasn't capable of saying no to the little girl

"hey I'm back"

Maritza says as she emerges from the room's entrance with a smile on herself

"what's going on?"

she says approaching the two of them

"nothing, everything is fine she just had a small meltdown about how much she loves her mami"

Flaca says looking at Juliana and then glancing at the mother who wasn't buying it Juliana didn't meet her mother's gaze she just snuggled closer to the dentist

"how about, if you be a good girl for the rest of your check up and you stop embarrassing your mom..."

Flaca says out loud and then pulls Juliana closer to her to whisper something in her ear making Juliana's frown turn into the biggest smile possible and her eyes sparkle

"REALLY?! but you'll only do it so I shut up not cause you actually-"

Juliana says upset again

"no no"

Flaca cuts her off and proceeds to whisper something in her ear again making Juliana jump off her lap and do her happy dance

"I knew you were the best I knew it!"

she yells jumping onto the stretcher swinging her legs in happiness

"hurry, finish my check up"

Juliana says grabbing her dentist's hands and pulling her towards her

"hey mama, maybe you should ask her for a better medicine, since your teethy is still hurting you"

Juliana says trying her best to be understood since she was talking with her mouth wide open

"You have a toothache?"

Flaca turns to look at her the small woman nods

"It's nothing serious"

Maritza assures her

"Yeah it just keeps her up most nights, nothing bad you know"

Juliana says sarcastically, Maritza rolls her eyes to the back of her head, Flaca looks over at Maritza glaring at her

"Sit your butt down mama"

Flaca says turning back to Juliana as she continued to inspect Juliana's mouth

"Everything looks good cutie, keep it up"

Flaca compliments as she puts Juliana down from the chair

"You. Here. Now"

She says pointing at Maritza and then at the chair in front of her, the small girls smirks as she feels her cheeks turning into a shade of pink, she got up and moved to where she was being ordered to stay
