This review (slash fangirling kay Pilosopotasya) is long overdue. I was looking for some light read muna. But I promised myself na babasahin ko siya sa Christmas break, 2019). Sobrang dami ng spoilers sa group at comment section so I read this offline (which is noon ko pa ginagawa haha).

First of all, this story is really not for close-minded readers. The story revolves around Sinteya Yeo and the consequences of her choices in life. Mahilig siya sa bawal. Inaamin ko na dumating sa punto na na-frustrate ako kay Sin halfway through reading the story (at minessage ko pa si author dahil dito, nakakahiya. Haha) but she grew on me. She built a castle out of those thrown bricks at her- with her knight in it and someone that I was rooting to end up with her from the beginning. I was so proud na parang ako ang umire kay Sin. I held on to her and trusted Ate Rayne's power on creating such character developments. I know na sa lahat ng nakabasa na or magbabasa pa ng story na they'll also go through this phase but huwag niyo pong sukuan si Sin. Believe me, it'll be worth it (what is a story without a rough journey, right?).

Sinteya is really an intimidating character (no wonder maraming galit na readers sa kanya). So I wonder why we can't extend the same affection to female characters with the same trait. Yes, Sinteya's a playgirl and may commitment issues but so are other male protagonists in wattpad (kaya nga pinipigilan kong magbasa ng comments, ang harsh nila tas panay mura pa sila.). Isa rin siguro sa mga rason na minahal ko ang character ni Sinteya is she's not your typical fragile and in-need-of- a-prince-kind of female protagonist. I was patiently waiting for her to be tamed at ma-learn ang mga lessons niya. Sobra ang iniyak ko sa last chapters kasi FINALLY AFTER EVERYTHING, you deserve this girl.

Sir Marco and Vane. So I was like, "Ah baka okay lang kahit sino makatuluyan ni Sin" UNTIL the twist happened.

The supporting characters have their own story to tell. May sarili silang ganap. Hindi sila naka-depende sa mga main characters. Like Unica, hindi lang siya basta bestfriend ni Sin, may sarili siyang storya (uncensored actually brought me to nagpatukso hehe). The conversations between the characters were very engaging, napaka-natural. Lalong-lalo na 'yung mga conversations nina Sin and Unica, on point ang humor (naaalala ko mga friends ko kasi ganun din kami mag-usap, walang censor).

Siguro isa sa mga motto ni author sa journey niya in writing is to break the norm #resist (haha) and to make stories for people na madalas ma-misunderstood, like Sinteya.

YEHEY! And I couldn't be more proud of Sinteya at siyempre kay Ate Rayne. She deserves it. Ang ganda kaya sa pakiramdam kapag natutulungan ka ng pinaghirapan mong art financially (and I can't wait na matapos na ang quarantine para makapag-cash in sa gcash and finally purchase some coins-nasa bukid kasi ako haha- to reread Nagpatukso and read Nagparaya).

To Ate Rayne, thank you for creating stories. Just do you and I'll do me haha. This will mark my journey here on wattpad (this time, being a writer) and I'm so happy to start it with this one.

Isa sa iyong mga saksi,

Darlene
