Kuroo looks down at his work as he secretly smiles to himself the way how you were defending his volley club.

"Haha no biggie. I find it pretty cute", he brightly smiles.

"Eh ..? Thanks ...", I spluttered.

"Anyways, I was thinking about our English assessment ... We should pick a selection of TS Eliot poems, see if they share the same concept and go furthermore there."

"Sounds good Sakura.", He confirms.

"Okay. I'll see you later at the library.", As I put away my stationery and clean my desk.

"Here.", He hands me a Yakult drink. Before I could say anything.
"It's okay you keep it. See you later", as he walks off.

"Gosh, I'm so thirsty. Thanks" He takes the Yakult that Sousuke gave me and chucks it all at once.

I shockingly stare at him blankly surprised how he drank that all.

"KUROO !! You owe me a drink!", I said angrily. He doesn't respond back but heads back into the court.

"Thanks, Sousuke! See you later.", I smile in response.

"Sakura, I can tell he's really into you ~", Gou assured.

"What? ... We're just buddies", I spilled.

"Mhmm yeah buddies for sure. The way he talks at you even giving you a drink? Now that's a sign. Ever since you started coming to this school, you're the talk of the grade! Mina asserts nudging you.

"Nahh I don't see it haha", I defended.

"Well ... It is what it is," they say in sync.

"Pfft, Well I find you, girls, even more, more beautiful and attractive." I cooed as I pretend to throw my kisses to them and laugh.

"The library doesn't seem to have a lot of people today ...", Sousuke rambled. We sat together and look up texts and made quite progress.

"Argh, the power of procrastination is real huh," I said to myself looking at my phone for a break. "I'm just gonna look around the library and find some texts.", I suggested.

As I roam around the library for the first time, the book I searched for was left on the very top of the shelf. However, my 168cm height had no match to grab it. I go onto my tippy toes as I try to reach further. When I finally grabbed the book, I realized that other books were going to fall out with it.

"Watch it shortie!" With their quick instinct, I felt someone behind me surprisingly trying to make sure the books don't fall on top of me.

"Gosh Kuroo, I can handle it on my-", it was Sousuke!

When he said that nickname, It made me think that it was Kuroo but ...

Why do I feel so ...

disappointed?

I realized that our bodies were really close. He trapped my body against the bookshelf leaning towards me. I felt intimidated overthinking what will happen next as I could feel his breathing right close to my neck.

"Sakura ..." he leans to whisper in my ear. "Are you alright?"

"A-Ah! Thanks." I awkwardly say as I snatch the book out of his hands, placed the fallen books to the side and quickly walk back to our desk.

I felt so awkward from then. Why am I getting weird, dirty thoughts? Stfu fanfics!

"It seems like our school doesn't have the text we're looking for ... I work at a book store cafe I might be able to find the text that we're trying to find there.", I say to cover up the awkward vibe around us. Before he responds, out of nowhere Sousuke smirks.

"Ah, Kuroo ... it's very unexpecting to see you here" Sousuke responds. I slowly turned to see Kuroo, dripping sweat already dressed in his volleyball uniform. Crap I'm late!

"That's because I'm here to pick up Sakura. It's time to go. Let's go.", He grabs my bag and my wrist on the other exiting the library.

"Ah ... see you ...", as I follow behind Kuroo.

"Gosh, Kuroo there's no need for you to be that harsh ... We're just doing our assignment." I yanked my hand away from him as his facial expression gave a cold look.

"And yet you forgot that we started our club an hour ago?", He argues. I apologized softly and stayed quiet.

After getting on the role with volleyball, I sat down next to Mr. Manabu looking over the camp schedule. We had a look at everyone's especially Lev's skills as there is a lot of practice that he needs to work on.

"He has a great physical body, he's got the height so he'll bring a greater advantage when he blocks", the coach says.

As their practice game finished, I rushed to hand them their water bottles.

"Sakura, help us pass the balls to practice our spikes.", Kuroo strictly requests.

"Yeah... Sure."

"Good job everyone!", I headed down to have a look at the kittens to make sure they're going well.

"Sakura-chan! Are you free after volleyball? Everyone's going to grab some food at the convenience store. Wanna come?", Yaku informed.

"Ah, I see why not.", I responded. We all pack our bags heading and left the court.

While the boys were buying their snacks, I didn't have the appetite to eat so I stayed outside texting my family.

"Texting Sousuke?", Kuroo says out of the blur as he was the first to exit out of the store. My mind was refreshing to our hang out last night, the way he caressed my hand and hearing his funny laugh.

Sousuke? Why is he bringing him up?

"I'm texting my family peabrain. Jealous much? I", I mocked, as I continued to text my parents.

"At the library... it sure must've been fun hanging with Sousuke huh?"

"I... don't know what you're talking about...", I refused.

"No wonder you were late. It seems like you don't take me and this club seriously", He grumbled.

"Sorry I didn't know I was that late okay?! I was too focused on getting our assessment done.", I retorted.

"Sure sure, flirting with each other was sure your reason. If you're not taking this role seriously then don't bother becoming the manager." That broke my heart into many pieces. I walk right up to him.

"I don't know why you're acting like this. Taking my drink without permission and nosing into other my business and my relationship with Sousuke but that's not okay! I'm leaving",

"Fine!", Kuroo shouts as Sakura disappears in the streets.

A few minutes later, the boys exited out of the store realising that Sakura wasn't there. "Where's Sakura?", Yamamoto questions.

"Shit!", Kuroo murmured.
