chapter 10: Confusion

"Bakit di pa sya gising?"

I heard someone sayings from afar ..

"I don't know. Siguro masyadong malakas yung impact kanina, tanga mo kasi eh."

"Hindi ko naman kasi sinasadya eh.  Eto kasi si Ven nanggugulat.  Hindi sana sya nahulog. "

"Buti nga sa kanya yon! "It was a woman voice. Pabulong lang.  But since I am trained. My senses are extraordinary.

"What the fuck did you just say? " A mad man was now yelling.  Looks like narinig nia rin ang sinabi nito..

"ahhhrrrgg!!! " i hiss as my head start to hurt..  Too hurt to remember anything happened.

"Ayan na.  Gising na!  Kayo kasi ang ingay nio eh." Tindi ng logic..  Kanina natatakot bakit di ako nagigising. Ngayong gising nako ganun na?? 

Hindi ko na lang pinansin dahil sa marubdob na pagsakit ng ulo ko..  Sa bunbunan. " arrhhg" i once more hiss as the pain struck its venom twice.  After a while..  I felt a sting on my neck. I want to remove it..  And punch who ever did something on my neck..  But im too weak to move a muscle... I can even open my eyes for that matter to see whats happening. This time..  Im just trusting my guts in this moment. I feel safe though.

Few seconds. My misery left me.

After that..  I felt dizy and the words seems twirling like a goddamn tornado..

"She's  okay now..  Shes awake and we can now go to sleep.  Let her . Now Out!" A soothing voice said to everyone that surrounds me.  It was soft yet very authorative. It was the same voice who just yelled a while ago.

And after that voice.  I drifted back to my slumber.

"hello,may tao po ba dito? " a lil'girl ask as she walks into an endless alley. It was dark.  Yet enough for her to see what she's walking through..  It seemes like an old abandoned building for her eyes.. 

She's wearing a red dress and a large crusifix necklace draping between her chest. She's alone.  Yet, fear is too far from her emotion.. 

She's pale as dead. Bruises on her cheeks and dried blood around her face.  She's in a full bangs yet her face seemed glow in the dark.. Barefooted,Every steps she's making makes the floor beneath her glow too.  That makes the path a lil bit clearer. It was like in avatar.  Its just that it was themed dark and gore! 

I was looking at here intently.  Her eyes. Its so familiar and i can't  help to think if who is this girl in front of me. Her eyes is cold and terrifying that gives chill down to your bone. I even felt the cold wind surrounding her as she makes her way to me.. 

I opened my mouth to say something. But before that. She already pass through me..  She cant see me,I conclude as she continues talking..

"nasan na kayo? "She said as I watch her back behind me walking to the endless alley.. Her voice was so innocent yet makes your knee wobble. Im amaze how a lil child manage to be a monster without fear and hesitation.

I opened my mouth to speak again. But this time was interrupted by a sound came from the right side of the building..  I looked upon it and held my gaze back to the child..  Its just that after a single glimpse.  In a blurr. Shes gone..  I tried to find her and run after the noise we heard..  Im sure it's her direction.

I nearly fall, nung may maapakan akong hindi ko alam kung ano. I tried to look at it. Pero dahil madilim. I reach for my pocket to see if i have something there to help me..  And to my luck. I found a lighter in it.  Kung paano?  Hindi ko alam.
