chapter seven ━━ kidnapped again!

He stepped closer to her and leaned over her. He grabbed her ankles and cut the zip-ties.

Lily noticed a man watching them. She looked at him. She noticed his green eyes carefully scanning her.

Her kidnapper turned his head to see what she was looking at.

"Is that her?", asked the man walking closer. The other man sighed: "Yeah, Dwayne. Get her inside." He walked away leaving Lily and the muscular man who seemed to be named Dwayne alone.

He walked past her to unlock the door. Both of them remained quiet. The silence was uncomfortable as if both of them wanted to say something but weren't sure what it was.

"It's nothing personal, by the way."

"Then why are you helping with whatever this is?", asked Lily in confusion."It's complicated but I don't want to hurt you."

He turned to her. "Can you walk in on your own or do I have to carry you?"

Instead of responding she stood up and walked through the door. The shack was almost empty except a few chairs, a table, and the fire stove.

Dwayne entered behind her. He motioned for her to sit down next to the stove. She did so. He walked over to her. He leaned down. "I'm gonna tie you to the stove. Ok?"

She nodded. He tied her to the fire stove before leaving her alone in the shack.

Lily didn't know how much time had passed when the man whose name he still didn't know entered.

"What did he do?", asked Lily the man who seemed to be about her age. He looked at her in confusion. "I mean Klaus... he must have done something for you to want revenge?"

He let out a cold laugh. "Yes, he has done something. He drowned my mother. He turned me into a hybrid against my will. He also tried to murder basically all of my friends."

"I'm sorry", she replied. She remained silent for a moment before saying: "What's your name?"

"Tyler", he said shortly.

"Well, I would say it's nice to meet you, Tyler, but considering the circumstances." She chuckled nervously at her own joke.

He turned to her without any bit of humor in his expression. "Well, I know who you're Lily Potter, the British witch who carries out Klaus Mikaelson's magical baby."

It made her feel kind of hopeful that he didn't know that she was having triplets.

They were interrupted by Dwayne entering. Tyler turned to him. "You ready for this?"

He nodded. "Let's do it."

Tyler dug in his bag drawing out a large syringe. Lily's eyes were wide open in shock.

Dwayne walked over to her. He held her down. Tyler crouched next to her. He jammed the syringe into her stomach drawing out a measure of her blood. Lily cried out in pain.

Once he removed the syringe from her body he jammed it into Dwayne's neck injecting the blood into him. Tyler snapped his neck. Lily starred at them eyes wide open unable to move.

Tyler lifted Dwayne's dead body off the floor. He dragged him over to the other side of the room.

"Don't flip out. He volunteered. He knew what he was getting into.", explained Tyler. Lily tilted her head angrily. "For what? For you to kill him?"
