he left it there every morning so sasha could feed nova in the afternoon while seth was at work. sasha could've just kept the key of course, but the girl couldn't keep track of anything for the life of her. plus, it made her feel happy, knowing seth had stopped by in the morning. she knew he was thinking about her.
the two had been dating for about two years now. they took it slow in the beginning and they weren't quite ready to move in together yet.
sasha placed the key in her back pocket before deciding to take her bike to seth's. she needed exercise and the weather looked promising.
when she arrived at the dark blue house, she left her bike on the lawn and ran up the doorstep. she immediately heard nova barking and jumping as she placed to key inside of the door.
"hey baby!" she exclaimed, nova immediately jumping all over her. she giggled, bending down and smothering the small dog with kisses. "you hungry sweetheart?" she asked.
nova was a smart dog. she could understand a surprising amount of words. she immediately ran off to her food bowl, excitedly walking in circles in front of it.
sasha fed the dog who immediately started munching away on the kibble. when she finished eating, sasha took the dog out to use the bathroom and then cleaned up around seth's house for him.

sasha stared out the window at the pouring rain. she should've known better than to trust the weather. "the one day i ride my bike!" she huffed.
seth walked up behind her, wrapping his arms around her waist. "i can drive you home," he offered, "or you can stay the night. it's up to you."
"can you drive me?" sasha asked, "i'd stay, but i don't want to keep you up till four in the morning again," she chuckled.
seth smiled, "of course. you go get in the car, i'm going to go put your bike in the garage so nobody steals it."

sasha woke up around ten the next morning. it was still raining so she threw on seth's hoodie over her outfit. it kept her warm.
she had to drop off some of her paintings at the post office to send them out to the customers. she also needed to go grocery shopping as she was running out of food and she needed to go pick up some more art supplies.
she grabbed her phone, wallet, car keys, and seth's house key which was under the doormat as per usual. she put her hood up over her head and ran to her car, only getting a little rain on her.
she first went to dunkin' donuts for an iced coffee. she was never a big coffee drinker, but after she met seth, he got her hooked on his habit.
she then went to michael's for her art supplies, sent out her paintings at the post office, and went to get her groceries at market basket.
when she finished up her errands she sat in her car for a bit, still parked in the market basket parking lot. she usually just liked to sit for a little bit after rushing around doing errands all day.
INCOMING CALL: RENEE
sasha furrowed her eyebrows. renee was seth's co-worker. her and sasha were pretty good friends, but renee should be working right now so she didn't understand what she was calling for.
