"wait what?" i frowned

"i thought you were staying here in LA. i wanted to be more closer to you so i thought open another location here" he said

"hayes" i rested my head on his chest

he wrapped his arms around me

"hayes i want to be with you but now with you living here and i'm leaving to live in the bay area. 8 hours away!" i wrapped my arms around his waist

"i mean i haven't made the deal yet with the building i want the location to be in so maybe we can go to san francisco together" he smiled

i really wanted to see if me and hayes would work out and i really did want for us to work out.

"well i don't know maybe we can move in together!" i smiled

"wait are you serious??" he asked

"YES!" i smiled

he hugged me tight. i actually felt safe for once.

"uh i mean i think this is a great time to ask you this but do you want to be my girlfriend?" hayes smiled

"sorry i can't" i frowned "JUST KIDDING OF COURSE ILL BE YOUR GIRLFRIEND"

he was smiling so hard. we kept talking for another hour

"hey uh guys do you guys want to come trick or treating with jack, laurence and i?" my sister walked in

"oh uh sure" i looked at hayes

"yeah that sounds like fun" hayes said

we all went downstairs and i grabbed my jacket and we all walked around the neighborhood.

"hey uh adrian fell asleep so me and hayes are just going to walk back!" i said

"ok we will see you back home!"

"ok" i said as me and hayes walked back to the house

"honestly today was fun" hayes put his arm around me

"yeah it was" i smiled

his flannel he had on smelled like cologne.

"it's cold" i lied, it wasn't cold but i wanted his jacket

"here you can have my jacket" he said as he took it off

he put it over my shoulders and put his arm around me. i entered the house and my brother was packing

"what's going on?" i said as i put adrian on his walker

"tell your dad" ethan said

i went upstairs and i went to his room and his room was basically in boxes

"dad what's going on?" i asked

"pack it up we are leaving" he said

"what do you mean" i asked as i followed him downstairs

"your mother wants the house and she is suing me if i don't give her the house" he said

"what?dad we lived here for years why is she wanting it now?" i said

"i don't know" he said

"i'll go pack then but i'm not going to live with you guys, i'm moving into the apartment up in bay area"i said

"what do you mean? that's not until next week" he said

"i'm doing it for adrian, dad. i'm sorry but i'm doing this for adrian and emma, emma is helping me with adrian" i said
