05| A BROKEN CAMERA AND LOOKING FOR BARB

"What the hell are they doing?" Beth asked.

"Beth, don't." Nancy grabbed Beth's arm.

"I'm sorry Nance. But I'm done with people messing with my family." Beth yanked her arm out of her friend's grasp before marching over to them.

"Oh look who it is." Tommy said as Beth approached.

"The freak's sister." Carol added.

"Shut up." Beth snapped at her.

Steve grabbed Jonathan's bag from him and immediately opened it, "Oh look he's totally trembling. He must really have something to hide. Here we go." He grabbed photos from the bag and began flipping through them.

Beth glared at Steve but moved beside her brother.

"Let me see." Tommy grabbed at the photos and gasped, "Dude."

Carol grabbed at them from Tommy's hands, "Yeah, this isn't creepy at all."

"I was looking for my brother." Jonathan said.

"No. No, this is called stalking." Steve answered.

"What are you talking about?" Beth asked, looking between him and her brother.

"What's going on?" Nancy asked, walking up to them finally.

"Here's the starring lady." Tommy teased.

"What?" Nancy and Beth both asked at the same time.

"This creep was spying on us last night." Carol said.

"Watch it." Beth glared at her.

"He's probably going to save this one for later." Carol said, handing Nancy a photo.

Beth leaned over Nancy's shoulder as Nancy looked at a photo of herself, undressing in Steve's room.

"Jon?" Beth whispered, not believing that her brother would do something so invasive.

"See, you can tell that he knows it was wrong but, man, that's the thing about perverts-" Steve stepped up in front of Jonathan, "It's hardwired into them. They just can't help themselves."

Steve started ripping up some of the photos as Carol and Tommy snickered in the background, "So, we'll just have to take away his toy."

"Steve-" Nancy pleaded softly.

"No, please not the camera." Jonathan pleaded.

"If you touch that camera, so help me-" Beth threatened him.

"What are you going to do? Slap me, like you did Tommy? And lose what little social status you have?" Steve taunted her.

"I'd rather lose my social status then have my family be bullied by the likes of you." Beth threatened.

Steve grabbed the camera and held it out to Jonathan, "Here you go man."
