Jealous Hearts (NaLu/Gruvia)

The day of the play came. I could heard whispers and see glares from people not to me but to a blue hair young girl who stares at me with her gloomy eyes filled with tears.

I was about to have a breakdown but with her eyes always on me I felt a little better.

As it ended I stayed after.

I heard the doors open and I hid thinking its gray.

"Hehe" I smirk. Im going to scare him but I only heard a girls voice. I took a peek.

"Romeo oh thou romeo" she said beautifully as if she were the real juilet with her sad eyes waiting for her Romeo to come.

I walk out and clapped my hands. Beautiful.

We had a conversation going her name is Juvia Loxar but with every word coming from my mouth it looked it I was stabbing her with it.

I wanted to ask just ask her if she is in pain. But I never did. I just smile and wave as she left.

Right when Juvua left gray came running in with flowers.

"So um...did you kiss him? The romeo" he asked.

"Yea. It was just a kiss aha" I punch him lightly on the shoulder. "Jealous?"

He went red. "Yes"

I laugh and I knew right away what was to come next. A confession.

But before gray finished we heard a yell outside and left to go check.

" Let Juvia go!" I yell and the man push me away. Gray punch him. "Calm your shit down and get out of here"

And they both started to punch each other. I notice juvia shaking and jump in. My eyes widen. I look at gray. Hes going to hit Juvia. I jump in too to block gray from hitting Juvia with my eyes close tight only to feel nothing. I open my eyes to see Natsu holding Gray back with shadows covering his eyes.

"Let go!" Gray yell.

I look behind me to see a guy covering Juvia from the mans punch. Juvia then is dragged away.

" we have to help her!" I said and reach out but the guy stop me.

" who are you" said Natsu pulling me behind him.

"Gajeel Redfox of Phantom. The Metal Fox" he mumbled. "From now on stay away from Juvia and dont even try to touch her or say a thing to her. Shes already in Enough pain."

"Who are you to Juvia?!" I asked.

" Im her brother " he mumble and walk away.

Then natsu punch Gray.

"Natsu!" I hold natsu back from punching gray again.

"You idiot! Lucy couldve been hurt! Next time use that brain of yours! Jeez...even an idiot like me know that" natsu grab my hand and he walk away with me.

"What about Gray?"

"He'll be fine" natsu mumble.

"Are you okay?" We stop and he touch my cheeks. I felt myself getting red.

"Yes...thanks to Gray"

He sigh and walk me to my house. "Ill see you tomorrow at school"

"Natsu theres no school tomorrow"

"What?!"

I just laugh. "Be careful on your way back" I told him and he left.

As high school started Gray never really ever came to tell me his feelings. I change into my swimsuit because today is the all high schools in Japan competition this year it is being held at a high school in Osaka.

Im in the swim competition. I look at Juvia as Natsu massage my shoulders.

"Natsu its that girl again" I said.

"What girl?"

"Juvia loxar from last year at the play"

"I dont remember but Ill keep an eye on her"

Natsu left. I look at Juvia as she play with the water with her fingers. She looks sad. So sad but a sad beautiful. Her lips curve down and her eyes look tire and puffy as if shes been Crying for days. Her body so pale like snow as if she had never been outside. Shes so skinny like a stick.

I clench my fist. Shes so different from when I last saw her.

The swim started and Juvia won. I got third place. I smile as Fairy Tails cheers get louder every second I cant even Hear other schools cheering. After the competitions were over a fight started with Phantom high and Fairy Tail high.

"Wheres the fight?!" I asked.

"Front gates!" Shouted another student as they all ran out.

I look out the window to see the fight. " where are the teachers?!" I ran to the staff room.

"Theres a fight outside!-" they all just smile at me. " what fight?"

I clench my fist and pointed outside. "The fight with Phantom and Fairy Tail"

" it is not our schools problem Lucy. Its between Phantom and Fairy Tail after all." Said the principal walking towards me.

"What do you mean?"

"Fairy Tail may not care who they are making enemies with but we do. Phantom high has been a feared school. Known as the cursed school. To protect our school and students we will not-"

"Cowards" I mumble.

"Excuse me?" Said tne principal.

" Making enemies? I believe you are wrong. We are not trying to make enemies but are protecting our friends our school. This fight started for a reason and if we make enemies with Phantom so be it." I slam the door shut and ran to the fight. I reach there everything was already done. Policemen here an ambulance.

I see Jose being tied up and put in an ambulance. I smile and ran up to see Juvja and Gray.

"Gray!" I shouted. "Are you okay?!"

"Were completely fine" he said.

I look at juvia whos shaking and she ran away before I could say anything.

"You should go after her" I told gray.

"What about you?" Gray.

"Ill be fine...I just think Juvia doesnt like me"

"She probably is just uncomfortable. After all she did say shes in phantom and phantom and is an all boy school. Give her time and she'll get out of her shell" said gray smiling at me. "Im going to go check on her"

" Okay"

Gray left and I walk over to Natsu.

"Everything okay Natsu?" I asked

He hug me. "Please...just stay like this for a while "

I hug Natsu back and look up to see Gray looking my way with a pair of sad eyes.
