"We understand that feeling" Sam said
"Yeah, we had God writing our story. Our whole lives. Everything we did, was written by him." Dean added
"What did you do?" Geralt asked, looking up at them.
"We defeated him and took his power away." Dean said simply. "You have to go back, Geralt. It's where you belong, and even if it is all part of a television show, it means something to someone."
"I suppose." Geralt responded
"How about, for now, we get you into a nice warm bath and get you feeling better" Rowena suggested. Geralt nodded, and stood to leave. Rowena began to follow, and Geralt turned to her.
"Woman, I can bathe myself." He said, then seeing Rowena's hurt look, he added, "but thank you" with a smile. He left the room and headed to the bathroom.
"Man, he's really taking this hard" Sam said
"Yeah" Dean responded, setting a plate of egg whites, toast and spinach in front of Sam, and a plate of eggs, toast and bacon on the table for himself and Rowena. When they finished, he left a plate on the table for Geralt, and the three of them headed to the Library where Cas sat waiting for them.
"Alright Rowena, how on earth do we get him back to where he belongs?" Dean asked
"Well, there is a spell, but it's going to be a little tricky" She said
"Why is that?" Asked Sam
"Well, for one, it's not usually used to send someone back into T.V. land. For two, the ingredients will not be easy to come by" She said
"Great! That's what we have Cas for." Dean said. Cas gave him an offended, hurt look. Dean didn't seem to notice.
"So what do we need?" He asked
"Well, for starters, we need a lock of hair, and blood from the subject in question, which in our case is Geralt, that is the easiest part. The tricky part is, we need dirt of some kind from the realm in question." She explained
Dean turned to Cas. "Cas, can you...?" Dean started, but he stopped when he saw Cas give him an angry look and cross his arms.
"For your information, Dean...I have already checked to see if I could go to Geralt's realm. Because if I could, I could essentially just take Geralt home. However, it just so happens to be out of my reach." Cas seethed at him. Dean's eyes went wide.
"Damn, okay! What the hell crawled up your ass?!" He exclaimed
"Nothing 'crawled up my ass' Dean, I'm just sick of you assuming I'm just here to do your bidding!" Cas said, and with that he disappeared. Dean sat there shocked.
"What just...what did I do?" Dean stammered
"Uh, I think you hurt his feelings" Sam said. Rowena cleared her throat pulling the boys' attention back to her.
"We need to figure out how this is going to happen" She said. At that moment Geralt came into the room, looking fresh, and rejuvenated.
"How what's going to happen?" He asked. They filled him in on the spell that could possibly send him home. He sat there thoughtfully.
"Perhaps my boots would still have some remnants of dirt from before I got here?" He suggested. Sam and Dean raised an eyebrow.
"Good idea!" Sam said. As they got to work putting the spell together, the door upstairs opened and an excited Jo and Charlie came trampling into the bunker, both speaking at once to Sam and Dean about their weekend.
