"Goodness, you look like your mother, and I have heard from your peers correctly, you are a pretty little thing. Well being pretty didn't help your mother" she says as she whispers the last part to her.

I just sit there and keep my mouth shut because I know what this women was cable of. She gives me a smile and nod to tell me that I made the right choice. Ernie and Justin started bothering me. Astoria was helping me jink them when all of sudden Harry and her go at it.

"Your saying Alex's death was an accident?" Harry says.

"Mr. Woods death was a terrible thing Mr. Potter but there is no proof that You Know Who was behind it." She answers with a stupid smile on her face.

"I was there, and Cedric was there isn't that enough proof" he yells

"No, the account of two children who witnessed a terrible thing isn't accountable. Therefore Mr. Potter detention tonight at 6. Any more questions?" She says smiling.

"Wonderful, oh ,time did fly bye, please have a report about a page long of what you have learned in previous years" she says as we exit the door.

"Seriously Harry, what part of don't provoke her didn't you understand?" Hermoine says.

"You would have done the same, so would have any of you guys." He says.

"I would have but father warned me about that women so I am just going to keep my head down. Look I have to go tell Cedric something, see you all later." I say as I spot my brother.

"Asher and I will come with you Dawn to keep you company" Astoria says.

"Alright let's go, see you in charms" I say to the others as I walk over to Cedrics direction.

*Dawn's POV *

"Pisst, Cedric, come here" I whispered from behind him. He turns around and looks over at Oliver who just nods his head and waits there as he walks towards me.

"Hey what's up sis?"He asks.

"Don't say anything about Voldy being back and no one mention Alex's death to her. Harry just got dentition for "lying" about it. If Oliver tries to say anything, jinx him or something. Also the twins, Lee, and Ian have permission to do it to both of you." I tells him.

"Wait Harry got dentition? How come you didn't stop it?" He asks me.

"I tried but Ernie and Justin wouldn't leave me alone. I was so concentrated on jinxing them with Astorias help that even Hermoine wasn't able to stop Harry." I tell him.

"Alright, I will stay out of trouble and I will keep Oliver in check. Hey shouldn't you try to talk to him? He seems depressed and quidditch is the only thing that helps him, well a bit, because he still sees you. Besides I have jinxed so many boys today" He tells me.

I nod my head no and walk over to Asher and Astoria leaving Oliver and Cedric behind.

"What was that about?" I hear Oliver ask him as they walk into DADA.

"Cedric is right you should talk to Oliver." Astoria says.

"I know but he crossed the line and I know he is going through so much pain and I know that I just added on to it" I tell her.

"It sucks being a Vela, you feel feelings, and not just one but all of them" Asher says.

Astoria and I nod as Professor Flitwick begans the lesson. Half way through Asher goes to the restroom and when he comes back after a while he tells Professor Flitwick something to which he answers "Its okay tell the girls to catch you up"

"What happened, you took long." Astoria whispers to him.

"I had to help Cedric take a knocked out Oliver to the infirmary. You see Ollie was going to blow up at Umbridge face for saying Alex's death was a tragic accident and that Dawn was such a smart mouth that Ian jinked him. Cedric was given the duty to take him to the infirmary and well I helped him" Asher says.

"Well that explains why you got dizzy and sleepy" Astoria says.

"Thank goodness I didn't get knockout as well" I tell her.

"But you knew the risk and yet you were willing to take the jinxed too, no matter what it was." Asher says.

I sit there quietly because he was right, I was willing to take the risk. I may have broken up with him but I still loved Oliver with all my heart.
